Food was great... Service, not so much... (with 2 servers per customer in the restaurant) 1. Had to go get the server to place our order (10 min after getting our drinks). 2. Didnt check with us once during the meal (had to flag down a different server for a drink refill) 3. Took our drinks away before taking the bill. 4. No pen with the bill (nitpicking now but that pretty much capped off the performance) I hope it was just because he is new but he seemed more interested in chatting with the other servers instead of, you know, serving us... It really ruined an otherwise tasty meal...

Ive been to other Famous Hamburgers locations before, which have been great, always good food and fun. Went along to this one in canton with some family friends, to celebrate a birthday. The place had a buzzing atmosphere and busy, probably what youd expect from a Friday night. The food was perfect, great portions and speedy service which always makes for a better evening. I love how they branded their buns. Definitely a first for me. All 6 of us had a 3 course meal and were very impressed, will definitely be going again.

We had a carryout order yesterday and I can honestly say its the BEST burger in Canton! The burgers were cooked medium rare as requested, the bun was fresh, and the condiments on the side so nothing was soggy. They seem to pay attention to detail there, which is really refreshing. My wife and I are both fans of Basement Burger Bar, but we both agreed that this burger was another notch above. I hope their location doesnt hurt them (poor visibility from the road) because they need to stick around! Jon L.

The staff is unfriendly and rude. One of the servers (who happened to be the manager’s relative) was very harsh and inappropriate to our 4-year old autistic girl. When we requested him to apologize for being deeply offensive and improper, he not only refused to do so, but also discourteously asked us to leave!! The manager’s only concern was to avoid embarrassment in front of the other customers and asked us to discuss the incident outside the restaurant. We will never go there again.

They have recently redone their menu to include some Mid East food items beyond just burgers. We had a wrap and a burger and both were enjoyable. I appreciate that they have sweet potato fries, and the pretzel buns are a bonus. That said, everything on the menu could stand to be seasoned a little more and cooked just a little bit less as all items were on the bland and dry side. Since they are local, convenient, and friendly I will return.

My fiance and I walked into this place one day after moving to the area for a take out order. We ordered a couple of hamburgers and some milkshakes because it was a really hot day. We waited for a very long time for our meal. The milkshakes were more milk than shake. They didnt ask us if we wanted cook to order. The meat was well done and dry. I probably will go elsewhere or cook my own burgers.

We totally enjoyed our afternoon of burgers & shakes Its a clean, cozy, neighborhood restaurant. My children enjoyed their meal while watching cartoon plus free desert for the birthday girl. We all ordered their awesome burgers, fries, and their specialty shakes it was very fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding....friendly, prompt, welcoming.... LOVE THIS PLACE. WE’LL BE BACK.

I love this famous hamburger location. Whenever my family suggests we go to a restaurant I recommend this location specifically. The staff there is outstanding. I have never experienced a faster service. The food is always cooked to your standards. You will never be disappointed. Next time you want to go to famous hamburger go to this location. The establishment really owns up to its name.

They have come a along way, they are just now starting to get everything in order. past couple of years their consistency was not on par, you could clearly tell there were few different chefs working in the back, but now everytime I go in I get the same food prepped the same way every time. its a bit on pricy side, but its a good burger. must try their fruit smoothies.

The food is really good!! The service at night is absolutely horrible and rude!!!! They dont care about the business one bit! The waitress didnt even refill our drinks or remove the plates! Then after we get our bill we are charged for ranch for the chicken strip meal!? Really? Even McDonalds gives you a sauce with your nuggets!

Me and my family had an amazing time at Famous Hamburger in Canton. The staff was very courteous and the portions were very generous. The restaurant represented a homelike feeling and it was very clean. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Great job Famous on your friendly services and awesome food.

I went there for the first time for lunch, it exceeded my expectations, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. My waiter recommended the BBQ burger with the seasoned fries and their fresh fruit smoothies, and Ive got to say it was one of the best burgers Ive ever eaten. Definitely coming back!

Great hamburgers, but what really brings me there is the salads. You can sub out the fries for one of the side salads, and they are really good. 1970s burger and a fatoush salad is a great combo. Staff is really friendly, place is clean, food quality is super high.

Wow! These were the best burgers Ive ever tried. My whole family loves it too. BBQ burger. It was awesomeeee! I recommend this restaraunt to anyone. Beats all the other burger places. Forget Italian food or Mexican food, this tops it.

Always had a good experience at this Canton location. Even place does not seems very busy, but surprisingly food is always fresh and tastey in my experience. I recommend that to everybody cravings for a good fat burger.

Very delicious burgers. And they also use Halal beef if you have a strict diet. Waffle fries were ok. Strawberry lemonade is very good but to sweet for my palette. Shakes are also thick and creamy.
