Worst customer service received i n a long time. The total they gave for mine and my husbands drive through breakfast order was noticeably high. I asked about it and Samantha insisted it was correct. I figured I misread a sign somewhere back there and just went along with it. She came back to ask what my husband had ordered and we told her again what he had ordered. She handed us our food and the receipt, and we checked it on our way out of the parking lot. It was wrong. They had charged us for something completely different that what he had ordered. To me, the fact that they had to come back to ask what he had ordered means that she caught her mistake but made the choice not to correct it when we were at the window. Instead, I had to drive back and come inside to get it corrected. Samantha was nice enough but clearly felt uncomfortable having been caught providing less than excellent customer service. The manager, Kimberly, however was rude as can be. They corrected the bills but did absolutely nothing to save face customer service wise and doubled down on their terrible service so far by being unnecessarily rude. When I got back to work to actually eat my now cold breakfast I noticed that there was no syrup in with my french toast sticks. I dont usually write poor reviews, but this is my third bad experience with this location during breakfast hours. Ive never said anything about my prior poor experiences because I figured it was just the day or someone new, or whatever. Having worked for years in customer service and fast food I typically prefer to give folks the benefit of the doubt, but Im done. The employees will be relieved to know that will absolutely not be returning to this location. I called the corporate number and they were more than kind and did everything they possibly could to resolve the issue. Luckily Ive been to enough Burger King locations to know that this stores poor customer service is not typical of the brand and that the Hartland location is just a particularly poor exception. Having said all of that, I hope they get the re-training they need but in the meantime if you have an absolutely terrible experience dont bother arguing with the employees there, they truly could not care less about your customer experience. Just call the corporate number. Theyll hash it out with the employees and get you taken care of. Although I really wouldnt recommend this location at all.

Been here a couple times and never had a good experience. This was 9 months ago. Update, gave them another chance today and it was the same experience. I was the only person at the drive thru and waited exactly 10 minutes after they took my payment till I got my food. In that time 2 more people pulled into the drive thru and not a single employee said anything to me during that time. I have had multiple experiences at this location and there is always a long wait for food and they are never busy. Food is usually ok, but not always. One time they didnt charge me for my nuggets, and when I got home I realized why...they were very old! This is the last time I will EVER visit here. Wendys you have my business as my experiences have always been good.

I at least stop at this Burger King once a week for times a month and 3 out of 4 times they screw something up Either no napkins or the sauce that we have ordered or no straws for are large pops.. one of the girls even asked for no tomato and guess whats on there every time tomato this Burger King has one of the most lousiest services in Livingston County I guess its just time to switch over to McDonalds.. Plain and simple stop eating here we go through the drive-through pain anywhere between 20 and $26 each time for lousy service when I got no straws today for my pop I call it quits..

We just waited 18 minutes for ice cream with only 1 dine in customer waiting for his food in front of us (who, fyi is still there waiting for his two fish sandwiches, his wait had just reached 30 minutes exactly as we were leaving). 18 minutes to pull a lever? Really? KEEP DRIVING TO THE NEXT LOCATION PEOPLE; SAVE YOURSELVES!

They had noone inside but us. Took 5 minutes to even take the order. 10+ mintes to get our food and they screwed up the order. Asked fpr no salt fries to make sure they were fresh, still gave us one with salt one without. Asked fpr no pickles on the cheeseburgers and one came with pickles, one without. Just stupid.

Ive been going to this terrible place for roughly 25 years....about every two years. It takes that long to give the terrible food and service a chance to get out of my memory apparently. I always say Ill never go there again but always try to give it another chance. Not gonna do it again after tonight.

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because we had quick service. 1 Order was wrong & not put together well & smashed. Other order the meat was 1/2 on bun & piece ripped out of it, so most contents were not on it plus the "lettuce" was a chunk from the core. Both had stale buns.

My little sister has a lot of allergies there was no food in the house so we went on a hunt at 8 am for breakfast. Sam, who was working at burger king didnt hesitate and threw down fries for her and she didnt even know abt her allergy ...

If you are in a hurry I recommend NOT GOING HERE took 20+ mins for some milk shakes and then the girl was too busy talking about her personal life to the other worker that she left 2 items out of our order so we had to wait even longer!

I asked the manager on duty with the headset to "stop yelling at her employees, it is very unprofessional." Her answer to me as she didnt even slow down to acknowledge me in passing was, "Just go sit down."

Fries had black and gray hairs on them. Didnt even notice till my daughter said something after eating some.
