If I could give zero stars I would. We came in on May 21st at around 915 and as soon as we walked in the place looked nice and the food smelt good. However, the guy who took our order was unfriendly and seemed to have an attitude. When we finally got our food mine didnt have any avocado on it which was the reason I ordered my burger. My boyfriend ordered the inferno burger and asked for no tomato but it was still on there. His burger was also under-cooked and pink in the middle. Along with that our sweet potato fries were cold by the time we got our food. We will not be going here again. The service was horrible and the food wasnt done right. Definitely not worth $22 dollars for 2 burgers, one side of fries and one drink. Save your money and make your own burger or go somewhere else.

Meh, I was really excited about this place. The menu looked and sounded great, the atmosphere was fun and inviting, BUT our food was a let down. I ate the Inferno Burger, the toppings where great as was the bun, but they killed the burger patty. I love a good "smashed" patty, but it still needs to be juicy and a bit greasy these (the whole table of 5 had the same complaint) where incredibly dry! The tots, onion rings, and fries we order where really good. However it would have been nice if either the menu or person taking our order had mentioned that they where sharable sizes...each side had more than enough to feed the 3 adults at the table and we ordered 3 (the other 2 people with us ordered off the kids menu so their meal also included a good sized portion of fries).

The food at the burger joint is always good for a quick burger. Good selection of French fries for the side. Options like regular cut or sweet potato fries, with different seasonings to go on them. The food has only ever taken 4 or 5 minutes from order to eat every time I have been in. This is possibly because there is almost never anyone else in the restaurant. Coca-Cola soda fountain is new flavor mixer type. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

The burgers are good and the tater tots are awesome. I am not a fan of the double-fried fries though. I love the Old Bay Seasoning on the tater tots. The staff is very friendly. They have put a lot of effort into remodeling and the place look great. They also got one of the Coke machines that has lots of flavors. On Friday afternoons, they are packed with teens that walk from Muir Middle School.

This is the best place for burgers its cheap you get to wait a little bit but long enough to socialize with your family and the employees are very warm and welcoming they explain everything you need to know and are very patient with you and once you get that food youll be so lucky you went their its totally worth it so delicious hope you all have the same experience

Absolutely love the environment, the location, outide appearance is inviting. And the smells! Authentic American hometown burger joint! Once inside, the smells and sights get better, from the cool burger inspired art to the fast paced spot on technics of the cook and the place is clean. The food is awesome! Coming back next time Im in town! Thank you.

@Brian I went in 2016, I got the All Day Burger, the burger and egg was overcooked. Also a burger and fries is 10.99 which isnt cheap for a mediocre meal, I feel my money goes further at your neighboring competitors. I would like to try it again if the quality improves but I have got the same impression from friends that have ate there as well.

Stopped by last week and had a burger. So much grease/fat in this burger that there was more grease than burger. At least two ounces of grease had dripped into my basket before I was able to take a bite. Then when you eat it, The bun is totally soaked because of the grease. Wont be going back there again.. Ruined my lunch and wasted 8 BUCKS!

I was expecting a nice small burger place. This place by far exceeded expectations. Huge portions, amazing food, and great customer service. It was very busy when i went in and i felt like the rush was handled very well by employees. New favorite place and i would recommend to anyone in the area. Cant wait to try more items of the menu.

My dentist is up the street a few miles. I discovered this place a while back and make sure to stop here after a dentist visit. They have awesome food, shakes, and fries. This is a must every time Im out this way! Owner is extremely down to earth and friendly. Great business and will come back again soon.

As good as Five Guys, but less expensive and they have kid meals and more choices. I had a turkey burger with pretty much all the toppings, my wife had a hamburger, and my kids had a hot dog and the chicken tenders. Everybody was happy with everything. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing food. One of the best little burger diners I have ever been too. Very reasonably priced. Took a few minutes to get food (expected, not a complaint) but for food this fresh and tasty, it was more than worth it. Also, very clean environment as well. Cant wait to go again.

No doubt some of the best burgers in town. But when my hubby and I were in there tonight, my digital thermometer read 69. Guys, I want a COZY, WARM place to eat my burgers, not some drafty, cold room. Id have given four stars but when I pay and a place is cold, three stars.

My burger was soggy and the sweet potato fries was also soggy and gross my friend ordered a chicken sandwich and it wasnt cooked it was still raw I think the only thing we ordered that was good was the chocolate milkshakes I will never be coming back to this place.

I never understand complaints about "grease". Meat has fat. Fat melts under heat. Juices and fat drip out of cooked ground beef. This "grease" doesnt come from somebody grabbing a handful of congealed lipids and smearing them on food. Dont want fat? Dont eat meat.

Ordered a burger today and it was literally the worst burger I have had in very long time. Dry as could be could hardly swallow. When I mentioned it to the manager he said Im sorry, no mention of a refund. Even my dog didnt enjoy it. Last time I visit that place.

The burgers are good. The staff is friendly. The tots are awesome. The fries are okay, but not my favorite. The tables seem to always be sticky. I love the coke machine with a lot of different flavors including my favorite, lite lemonade.

I love this restaurant the burgers are amazing and so are the chicken strips! My favorite from here is the vampire fries, they are French fries with a garlic butter drizzled over and they have the most amazing fries

Showed up at 7:30 on a Sunday. Sign say they close at 8:00. Was told I could not eat in the dining room (carryout only) because they needed to clean the place. Next time I wont bother stopping by. Very rude guys.

Place is filthy! Trays were sticky, tables were not wiped down. Food was all over the floor. I went to wash my hands and the door knob had food crusted on it. The bathroom was just as bad. We will not go back!
