Wow. More than I expected. Definitely my go-to burger joint! So Ive never heard of Elevation Burger before. With so many burger choices around here (5 guys, Red Robbins, Sidetrack, etc), I wasnt expecting much. Gave it a shot one night, and wow, it changed the way I look at burgers. I was never into "organic" food and never paid much attention to the ingredients. I only cared about the final product. After eating at Elevation Burger, the way I look at burgers will never be the same. First off, the final product is phenomenal. I got aged cheddar, organic bacon, mushrooms, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, and the house sauce, the Elevation Sauce, on my burger. (Just writing this review makes me salivate.) The beef patties of course are organic and comes from grass fed and free range cows only. I have never tasted a burger thats similar in flavor to this one. Its definitely a unique burger and tastes so fresh! So why do I care about what goes into making a phenomenal burger? The taste obviously matters, but also how you feel 20 minutes later when youre back at home. When I eat a burger from 5 Guys, I feel so full, bloated, unhealthy, and about to pass out from food coma. Even though Im eating the same volume of food at Elevation Burger, I feel comfortable, clean, and healthy. Is it scientifically proven that organic food makes you feel better after you binge? Probably not. But I can tell you that from the few times that Ive been there, my post-feast gestalt feeling is always the same: satisfied taste buds, comfortable, and energetic. I now truly believe that healthy ingredients lead to a healthy sensation! If youre looking for a burger thatll satisfy you while you eat and after you eat, then try out the Elevation Burger!

I ate at Elevation Burger for the first time this past Sunday, September 21, 2014, and my review is mixed. On the one hand, its nice that theres a place to get organic beef on a burger, if thats what youre looking for. Also, the staff seemed pretty courteous and the restaurant was clean (although they had a "fad??" of keeping the ketchup bottle at the very corner edge of each table, which seemed ridiculous to me considering it could be easily knocked over or grabbed by a young child.) The issues that I have with Elevation Burger are: (1) They are WAY over priced for that type of food in general, even considering that they serve organic beef. (2) The only organic item is the beef, so for the money being shelled out, youre still getting the chemicals/preservatives that come from all the other parts of the meal (bun, condiments, fries, etc.) (3) We spent $25.00 (yikes!!!!) on a burger-and-fries lunch …. the burger wasnt all that big, the bacon cost $1.49, I got one slice and it was burnt almost completely black. Add to that that the extremely thin fries are a small serving, and they soak in a lot of the oil. Im glad we tried it, but we will not be going back. For $25.00 I expect a larger, fresh, less-greasy burger and double the amount of fries.

The order took quite a while...and the place was not that busy. I ordered a single patty with an egg with a runny yolk, Swiss, and carmelized onions wrapped in lettuce. The yolk was broken all over the wrapping and in the bag...which is too bad because the burger was a little dry and probably would have tasted better with the yolk. The carmelized onions were kind of bland. The fries were overdone for my taste. They forgot my hot pepper relish. I was not very happy. On the upside, I called and left a message about my experience. The general manager did call me back and offered a refund. Instead of taking the refund, I offered a suggestion which she said shed bring to the owners. They get stars for follow-up and being open to improvements.

My wife and I stopped in to Elevation Burger today, May 5, 2015 after picking up a book at Barnes & Noble and a few items at Whole Foods. We never saw a burger place that is almost completely organic. We liked it a lot. We talked with Kyle and he graciously walked us through our first time there. Its hard to believe that the burgers are organic-- they taste so wonderfully good and juicy. Also, glad to know that there is no High Fructose Corn Syrup in the ketchup. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming and friendly and courteous as well. We will definitely be back. Are you considering building a restaurant in Canton? We surely need one. God Bless all of you and thanks for being there.

I have gone twice. The first time I liked my burger. It was good, not over the top special. I also ordered the loaded fries. The Elevation sauce tastes a bit like pickle relish to me. I am not a big fan. My second trip I tried the fries again. Same feeling. It was too much stuff and the fries themselves were not thick enough. Also. The second time my burger was sour. Almost tasted like the meat or sauce was bad. I returned it for a full refund. The staff were very pleasant about the entire thing, and that is why I am giving them 3 stars and not 1 for the food.

Had the elevation burger with cheddar. Meat was very tender and flavorful. Large slices of cheddar cheese were the icing on the cake. My girlfriend had the vegetarian burger. You could actually see the grains/veggies in it. She loved it and I thought it was pretty good for a veggie burger. You get a lot of fries, so worked out well that we shared an order. They tasted great. I prefer thicker fries personally, but the shoestring style was good as they were all crisp. Definitely will be going here over 5 Guys for my next burger.

3/17/17 We placed an order online to be picked up at 7:15. two burgers and two fries were $16+. We were 3 minutes late picking it up. By the time I got into the car and ate a fry it was cold. When I got home we found that both fries were extra crispy, not how we ordered them and both burgers had multiple wrong toppings. Sadly when we picked it up they werent even busy so thats not an excuse. If everything would have been warm and correct Im sure it would have tasted great. UPDATE: I emailed them about this and never heard back!

Long wait time for only 3 patrons in house. End result quality isnt worth the price. For good quality it tastes "watery" juicy. My husband and I (both from rural/countryside towns) would not recommend this based on their "organic, grass fed beef" claims. Its just average beef, low on the flavor side. It was fresh however. OVERPRICED. We suspect it is a gimicky, trendy joint that is capitalizing on the "organic, grass fed beef" train. I wouldnt recommend five guys, but it tastes better.

I love going to Elevation burger. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, professional and upbeat. Im a vegan, and this is definitely my favorite burger place to eat. I could eat here every day!!! My only complaint is the table visits from the staff that happen too frequently. Their table visits are done regardless of eating, conversations or phone conversations and its really the only thing I dislike about eating here. But it wont stop me from eating here, it just might keep me from dining in.
