I do not write reviews often (if at all) but my experience was so bad last night that I had to vent on this one. Our waitress was rude from the very beginning and seemed to be rushing us to order. After we received our food, NOT ONCE throughout the entire meal did she come and check on us. I had to flag her down to order a Coke and she rudely responded with "Can you wait?". She never brought the drink. We ordered 2 entrees and a specialty roll. The entrees arrived but the specialty roll never came. After eating and getting our bill, I told her to take the sushi roll off of my bill because we never received it. She clearly forgot the sushi but started to argue with me that the roll "just came out" and was very pushy with me about taking it off the bill. She tried to tell me that it took the kitchen over an hour (from the time we ordered, received our entrees, and ate them) to make a roll of Sushi.

10 people and I went there yesterday. A lady who served our food was very very rude. She seemed like one of the veterans there because she gave orders to other servers. She took away the menu while we were still looking into it. One of the miso soups, there was a bug in it. We told her about it and she said it must just flew into it because their cooks dont make any mistake. She just said it without any apology. I ordered some rolls for to go when we ordered our foods so that I can take it home for my girl friend. She wrote down my to go order with her note, but the order was never taken and since it was closing time, the shushi bar was already closed when I realize she forgot about my order. I had to go home without my food. She simply said she was sorry that she just forgot about it. I was so upset for all service yesterday. This server must be replaced or I wont go back.

Go-to for casual home-style Korean food! It resembles closely what its like to eat in a local comfort food spot in Korea. Service is always great! Albeit, weve been there during busy rushes where it has been a bit slow but it was due to only one or two people serving the whole floor. But there wasnt a lack of effort, for sure. Its an interesting menu overall but there are some majorly solid items that make this place a staple.

Interior was clean. Staff were friendly. The radish kimchi was okay. Sweet potato tempura roll had okay flavor but was too large in diameter. The chicken katsu donburi had the bad teriyaki sauce you can buy in a grocery store smothered on top of the dish. The waitress forgot my drink order.

Excellent authentic Korean food. Unfortunately their service is authentically Korean as well. Westerners who arent familiar with it will think its rude.. but they dont mean anything by it. If service is important to you go to Bibimbap in Novi; otherwise youll love this place.

Jacked up the price from last time I went! Everything on the menu rose by a huge margin. On top of that, portions were also reduced. The Kal-Bi that I paid $6 more for was only half filled with Kal-Bi.

Been going here for a while now. While the menu is not expansive, what they have is excellent. The staff is kind and efficient. The spicy pork is amazing! A must try in every aspect!
