I dont usually review restaurants but I need to do this. We called to make a reservation for my friends birthday last weekend because the wait time at the other restaurant was really long. I called to reserve for 10 people. The lady said it will be ready in 30 min. When some of my friends arrived she said the reservation was only for 7 people and they cant take us in. When I arrived I talked to the manager and she was very very very rude. She was yelling at me. She said I only reserved for 7 people and she called me back to talk to me. Both of which were NOT TRUE! I have 4 other people with me in both occasions to prove her claims were false. She did not even apologize and kept insisting I am the liar and she talked to me. I was shaking out of anger. I have never experienced such a rude treatment in my life. She ruined my friends birthday! SO THE 10 OF US LEFT. We ended up going to another restaurant within the same building. OISHI JAPANESE RESTAURANT IS WAY BETTER FOR HALF THE PRICE! Customer service is great! Bibimbap is now off of our list. They lost 10 customers and their families. I hope the manager is happy with what she did to us.

Food is good but not worth the price due to the small portion. Paid $45 just for the combination BBQ plate for 2 people and it barely filled me up. The waitress wasnt even gonna give us white rice because she said some customers dont want rice so she assumed we didnt want it either...tf? They give you only a couple pieces of each meat. If it wasnt for the rice and the side dishes I would walk out feeling like I only had an appetizer and nothing else. Came here a couple months ago for my birthday and they definitely had raised the prices and reduced portion sizes compare to the past. The only good side was that they offered a tempura ice cream when I told them it was my birthday but even that didnt taste very good it just tasted like the deep fry oil that they keep reusing. Theres a reason I only come about once a year. If I do ever go back it might be for the bibimbap or other fairly priced items but not the BBQ.

I appreciate their fast service. The food is good but their isnt a menu to accommodate to children so you end up paying for large portions that they wont be able to finish. The cocktail menu items dont have a specified price I was shocked to find on my bill that the cocktail I ordered that I didnt like was 15 dollars! : ( I didnt have them take it back because I wasnt expecting it to cost that much. My bill for two adults and two children was 130. I asked them if they could please take off the cocktail as the price is higher than I expected and I only took a few sips of it. They wouldnt take care of it. I was a bit disappointed. I dont like that they hide their cocktail prices on the menu I would feel ackward asking a waitress how much every cocktail is.

Our club in school were coming here for an after party. Word of advice never come here without adults because the servers will treat you very rudely. They kept forgetting our orders and we had to constantly remind them, the lady cursed at us in Korean, gave us smaller portions than the usual and demanded us to pay full. At the end they also FORCED us to pay 20% (even though we were a party bigger than six so we wouldnt have to) and didnt let us leave until we did. We were planning to give no tip due to the bad service and rude behaviors of the "experienced" servers and overall ruined our night. We will definitely not be going back and I repeat again, DO NOT GO WITHOUT ADULTS THEY WILL RIP U OFF!!! The servers werent cute either!

Me and my parents who were visiting from abroad came here last week. We only happened to come here looking at the line outside Ajishin which is a superb sushi place across the street. We were served by an older Asian lady. She was so rude - not even a welcoming smile or greeting. The food arrived fast enough and was good but we were shocked when the waitress placed the bill on our table when we were halfway through the meal. She never asked how the food was or anything other enquiry and this left a very bad taste in my mouth. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone and definitely would not be coming here again. Sayo nara Bi Bim Bab !

Very delicious food - if you have never had Korean food, it is nothing like the corn-syrup laden fried mystery chicken bits of typical Chinese buffets and take out places. The small plates they start you out with are wonderful, though a couple didnt quite suit my palette (not their fault), and the Bi Bim Bab soup/beef bowl I ordered was amazing. Its a flavorful beef that is as spicy as you like it - and though they tell you the sauce they give you is spicy, it isnt nearly as hot as Sriracha or hot salsa. Portions are huge, so keep that in mind. Wonderful place, hoping they do take-out!

Great food, I was there for a second time for my sons birthday, but the lady there who served us the first visit was so rude AGAIN like last time, she did one clap and said happy birthday, turn on the lights and asked for 50$! We gave her 30 dollars though, if she keep doing this, she should be fired because my son was disappointed and said it was the worst birthday he had, also my niece was there with her husband and has not been given silverware, great food, worst customer service

This is my favorite restaurant. The food quality and atmosphere are incredible, which is awesome considering the prices are very moderate. Service is very good. Menu is accommodating, plus lots of alcohol if you feel in the mood. Ive never had to wait for a table either, even during busy hours. I usually go here to impress dates but its awesome alone as well if you need a mood boosting meal. Ive never left without a huge smile.

This place was our to go place when it comes to Korean food. However the service can be a hit or miss. I think thats because some of the waitresses express themselves more straight forward (I found it cute as a cultural experience while others might find it rude). Their food didnt taste as good as it used to be the last time we were there about two weeks ago. I am hoping its just that one time.

We were trying to find a different restaurant and couldnt so we decided to try this place out. Absolutely amazing service, our burner was having some issues and the staff and owner were so quick to fix it. The owner hung back and explained how to best eat the different meats with vegatables and and sauces. The food was great, the atmosphere was on point and obviously the service was impeccable.

My family and I have been coming here for years. They have excellent service, delicious food, and will grill for you if youre inexperienced or even show you how to eat certain dishes. I think this restaurant is a hidden gem! I recommend the dai kal bi (marinated short ribs) and the beef tongue dipped in sesame oil and salt!
