Food is great just the staff is rude and always miserable! I called to place a order half way through my order I was put on hold for 6-7 minutes.... I thought my order was forgotten so I called back no answer..... called 3 more times to finally get the same rude guy answering the phone before I could even say hello he told me to hang on and dropped the phone. Again waited for another 6-7 minutes... nothing.... everybody that goes here knows how long there wait time is.. 45min plus.... so I hung up called back 11 times no answer.... while on my way there still repeatedly calling.... yet no answer finally arrived and asked the gentlemen in there is my food being made right now... explained my frustration he had a nasty horrible response... rolled his eyes 3 times... as if it was my fault.... So rude!!!! Only to find out my food wasnt made yet because I hung up and never completed the order when I was put on hold for close to 10 minutes and ignored the rest of the calls.... I never been so frustrated ordering food in my life!!! Not sure if I wil ever return... terrible service in my opinion maybe you shouldnt open a business if you cant keep up with the business requirements!!! Very unprofessional... food is great but before coming here for the first time customer make sure you are patient enough and in a rally really really great mood because you might have the same experience seeing as the man in there stated the reason was because they were short staffed.... you cant open a business if you cant fully satisfy the customers! Because Im sure I am not the only one freaking terrible!

This is an updated review. I originally gave two-stars for the lack of cleanliness and terrible service. Because it is so close to our home, my partner really wanted to try out the restaurant again, so we did. Food is still good. The chicken is probably the best item on the menu. I tried the kimchi-jun which was originally mushy, but after trying it again it has improved, wings were great, tofu tacos (so-so), drum sticks, kimchi, pickled radish, and mandoo (I did like these although I got the meat mandoo when I ordered the veggie). Im Korean so I am very familiar with this type of food/establishment. Get a sauce with the chicken or it will taste bland. Surprisingly, since a couple weeks within writing the review, the restaurant seemed much cleaner. Cleanliness can be improved further and customer service was still not the best, but better than previous experiences. The Korean dude needs to lighten up. Overall, I do recommend getting the fried chicken with the soy sauce glaze. With that said, its nice to have a restaurant reminiscent of those chicken take-out places back in the motherland. Still cant beat the ones in Korea.

The food is just so, so good. I got a variety of chicken pieces, both spicy and soy, and they were very crunchy and delicious, while also being perfectly moist on the inside. The corn was a good pairing with the spicy chicken because it cooled your mouth off. I also got the Kimchi fries with Bulgogi which I highly recommend. When youre really craving amazing fried food, this is the place. Also I went in worrying about customer service, and I didnt encounter anything bad at all. I ordered online at 6:30pm on a Tuesday, and was told my food would be ready at 7:15. I live 25 minutes away, so most of that time was spent driving over there, so I didnt mind the wait. When we got there, they needed just a few more minutes to prepare the food, and the wait ended up being 50 minutes. If you dont want to wait that kind of time, go elsewhere. But if you think ahead and order online, getting chicken fresh and made to order in an hour is not so bad.

An interesting twist on normal fried chicken. Ordered the medium combo with wings and chicken legs in half and half sauce, and the corn salad side. The chicken was hot, and super crispy!! The pieces were coated in just the right amount of sauce and not dredged in it. Though I felt the hot sauce was a little more spicy than I could handle. The side wasnt a salad at all, just sweet corn from a can packed in a disposable. Nonetheless it went with the chicken well. 2 stars less because despite the food being great, there is definitely room for improvement. 1. The wait was too long. If the server had informed us before we placed our order we might have reconsidered. 2. There is limited seating and the restaurant needs to improve on the cleanliness to encourage more patrons to dine in.

This place may be called fusion Korean food restaurant. I like their Tacos. It was perfect. Frech fries are good. It was freshly fried and seasoned well. The chicken sauce was tasty and chicken was crispy but the ratio of sauce and chicken is not good. The chicken strip was small so it was good but tighs were big. I believe why it takes a long time to fry the chickens so I would suggest to think why other Korean chicken restaurants make them smaller pieces. The pickled radish was too watery. It closes to the raw radish. Cleanliness. NOT good. Every corners of floors had a thick dirt. I believe their Igloo for water has been used for a long time. Lastly the service. Nobody has smile on their face, looks very tired and couldnt find any kindness.

Great Korean street food with a no nonsense experience. The place is a little rough around the edges and wont win any awards for upkeep but Im here for the food and there was no disappointment. The chicken is tasty, both sauce options are good but I think next time Ill go all spicy. The street combo is a great way to get a sampling of a few different things from the menu, or just bring some friends and share. Drinks seem to be limited to the cooler in the picture so keep that in mind and the high chair could use a power wash so dont count on bringing a small child in to eat. All in all Im glad I went and will plan to go back even with the 30 min drive.

Usually I leave it to my girlfriend to write the reviews, but I was blown away by Seoul Street. The fried chicken was amazing, and the kimchee fries were awesome. The place is tiny, and I can only hope they make enough money to open a few more locations. Ill admit, Im just copying and pasting my reviews from Yelp to Google. I just want to add to this review (which was originally written in June 2012) that I have since moved to DC, and cannot find anything nearly as good as Seoul Street. I can find pretty good Korean fried chicken, but it just isnt the same. Nothing has been as good as the kimchee fries yet.

5 stars for the wings. That double fry technique they use for their wings is amazing. Its so crunchy and the soy garlic glaze is the best. -2 stars for how long it takes for me to get 8 wings. I have had wait times from 30 minutes to 2 hours, to we cant take anymore orders. I cant imagine how much business they are turning away due to the long wait. Because I strongly believe in their food and their prices, I really hope they fix their operations so they can reach more patrons with their delicious chicken.
