Ive been coming to that place for about a month now I order the same thing every time I come and it gets messed up and they put the wrong things on my sandwich then look at me like I did something wrong like today but theres a taller young guy Dlow there that always correct my order when hes there and he never gives me the wrong attitude I wont be coming back do to the young lady she didnt even try with my sandwich and I didnt get a refund she give me a coin because she say she didnt know how to give a refund she need to be trained again

Working downtown and my favorite place was out of my favorite cookies. Walked down to Which Wich for the first time and was a little lost. After about 5-10 minutes of trying to figure my way around the menu and ordering process, someone whos badge read "hostess with the mostess" walked me through everything and suggested the hometown philly. I ordered it, personalized it, got a cookie and a brownie. The sandwich was DELECTABLE. The cookie wasnt touching my favorite place. The brownie was very good. Ill be back.

I did an online order for the first time. I asked someone there when I arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready if it was and she looked around and said it was not. I waited about 15 more minutes and asked again saying I think they forgot my order. She looked down and it was there the whole time. They need to get their system down better. A quick lunch turned into over 45 minutes when it was all said and done

When I lived in Arizona these places were all over the place! This place has the best sandwiches! I went to school with the guy who owns it and who knew he would open mine and my familys favorite sandwich shop. We dont live near Detroit but its worth the drive!

Which Wich is an upgrade of Subway with even more options and health. My sandwich wasnt prepared how I asked for it, and before I even realized, they handed me an entire new one, free of charge! Needless to say, customer service is a priority of this location.

I get the Superfood Wich every time I come here but this order was awful. I got carryout. The avocado is hard and there is a TON of jalapeno hummus that covers the taste of everything else. I havent even had 5 bites because its so bad. My order was 169.

I have never been to a Which wich. I order the turkey sandwich. Honestly I tore the sandwich apart to see if they forgot the turkey. It was a complete waste of time and money. Jimmy Johns always....to bad they were closed. It was a Sunday in the city.

The Chicken cordon blue sandwich sandwich was excellent. Like the concept of selecting toppings via the bag. 3 sandwich sizes. 7 inch was plenty. Plenty meat for a lunch portion. Service kind of slow. Will be back.

They are really stingy with the meat and toppings on the sandwiches. The wait is long and the store is really small and unorganized. If you a good sandwich, they are amazing, but the place is hit and miss
