I was at the Canton, Mi location last night (6/29/16). When we arrived we were the only people in the place. I ordered my sandwich and toppings. There are only 2 items I dont get on my sandwich - so to make it easier on the young lady I told her what I did NOT want. She repeated it. I got to the table to satisfy my Potbelly craving (Id been having for a couple weeks) and sure enough the items she repeated would not be on the sandwich were. Im not a complainer so I dont bring it to the employees attention. Instead I tried to eat it anyway. Half way through my sandwich my mouth was on fire (even after taking the peppers off) and I couldnt finish it. I had to throw it out. Such a disappointment. I assumed she wouldve listened to me and herself and that my order would be correct. Sadly that wasnt the case

First time in potbellys, i was very happy with the food... the cash register kid must have been new because he did not listen to a word i said, i probably ordered about three times before getting the words that came out of my mouth into his head so that his hands could make the appropriate movements, not judging some days i just dont wanna hear it. GREAT food and will be back often.

I dont know what the appeal is about Potbelly. I had a prime rib sandwich, the portions fell way short of my expectation. I was hungry again within two hours. The prime rib was not very good, little to no flavor at all. I felt like a cow moving through the processing line, ala Subway. I was not impressed with my first experience at Potbelly which very well could be my last.

Regular potbelly - regular menu - friendly staff. I go here quite often. Each time I enjoy going here. Just short conversation with the sandwich artist or a joke and relaxed bite. The place is kept clean, some times they have live music. My favorite here is Mediterranean veggie with EVERYTHING on it.. Add the pickled peppers to the sandwich.. Yum..

Drive thru which is really nice for when you are feeling super lazy or tired and you do not feel like getting out of your car...or if there is a good song on the radio and you do not want to miss it. Sandwiches are great. Get some hot peppers on there. Malts are good too.

Potbellys always ensures you will have a well-made and personalized sandwich. While not being terribly quick, theyre not very pricey either. That being said, it seems to add up rather quickly if youre buying for more than one person.

Good sandwiches, friendly service. Of all the fast sandwich places, this one is on the better end of things. My complaint is that bread is frozen and thawed, then toasted. Id prefer fresh bread like several other chains.

Love the Wrecks. Can never get enough of these sandwiches. The staff was friendly, even thou we came in while they were cleaning up getting ready to close. Food was still as good as if you were to get early that day.

We love their lite sandwiches! The turkey one and also the mushroom one! Make sure to get the hot peppers on them. Yes, they are little spicy, but add SO MUCH to the sandwich!!
