Thanks for my Uptown Chicken Salad without absolutely NO chicken in it my son picked up from there around 2:30 pm. on 4/4/16. Thankfully I had some leftover chicken in my fridge I could add, but next time I think I will make my own salad instead of paying for chicken I did NOT receive. NO EXCUSE for that. Nice way to turn off a repeat customer. Customers may want to inspect their salads if they are getting them to go, make sure you are not being ripped off.

Amazing sandwiches and potato salad, nice and clean atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, and my pick up orders are ready on time and made correctly. I love this spot been eating here for years. I recommend trying "The Wreck", best sandwich Ive ever had.

Aside from this store being tucked away and difficult to find from Orchard Lake, its a great Pot Belly. I was surprised how quick, and also how empty it was during the lunch hour rush. Just like any Pot Bellys great food, and great cookies!!

I called in an order and it took them 20 minutes to finish it. I could have come in and ordered and been out quicker. I watched 20 people get their food before mine was ready. Poor customer service.
