I am very disappointed with this situation. Some friends and I went to potbellies yesterday to celebrate the 4th of July. We always enjoy the sandwiches at Potbellies. However a few minutes after we finished our sandwiches we were harassed by a police officer saying we were illegal parked on private property. Even when we tried to show him our receipts for making the purchase he still ticked all 5 of my friends... Im sorry Potbellies, I really like your food but I cant do business there if Im getting constantly harassed by the Police. Food is great, but you get harassed by the police when youre there. Wouldnt come back.

I came from out of state to Detroit for July 4th weekend and met with some friends here for Lunch. Food was as expected, nothing great but the employees gave good service. However upon walking back to our car we found the local police had wrote us a parking ticket which is still somewhat bewildering. We spoke to several of the locals who claimed the property manager allows the police to indiscriminately write parking tickets for their patrons, what a sham. Needless to say I wont be back anytime soon.

Talked to the local officer and found out about the ticketing of many. The owners dont like the cruiser crowd. To be specific he said they are told to look for cars that stand out. Its not the kind of customers they want. Its a shame. There are plenty of friendly places to park. Food wise its not bad. A car friendly owner would ramp up business if he knew what he was doing.

Horrible service here for late night dinner on a weeknight. Store had a rush of people come in for dinner and employees were not reassigned to assist guests. They continued to sweep floors, etc. One person making sandwiches and one on register. Two workers doing something else. Please learn how to better manage your restaurant.

Great food - way better meat quality than subway! I love the roast beef and the pizza sandwiches. The chocolate brownie cookie is also a must as a dessert. Try ordering online for pickup.. its very convenient and my orders are always ready on time.

Great sandwiches at good prices, they occasionally add new sandwiches to the menu which is nice. Can get pretty busy around lunchtime, but the line always moves fast. Plus they have awesome malts too.
