Yesterday I forgot my wallet at home and I went in there thinking I could use apple pay to pay for my sandwich, unfortunately this location does not accept apple pay, but Jessica (at the register) offered me to get my sandwich and come back later to pay. At first I didn’t want to do that, but she convinced me. Today I went back to pay my sandwich and she saw me and said: "hey, I didn’t know you would be back so soon" I said I just wanted to make sure I paid for my sandwich as soon as possible, but she didn’t accept my money, she said: "this one was on the house, don’t worry about it" Very nice gesture ;)

I am a very picky eater and we order from them all the time while at work. I have the odd ball sandwich every time. When I ordered this last time I forgot to put no cheese. They remembered me and the driver told me that she remembered and wrapped the cheese with the sandwich and didnt put it on just in case it was the same person. I could not be happier. Amazing staff and amazing team! The little things in life really brighten someones day. I would not have been able to eat my lunch with the cheese so I am beyond thankful they remembered even when I did not.

This store offered to provide 200 cookies to the Stevenson Senior All Night Party. The staff lied and said they knew nothing about the offer, when volunteers went by to pick them up. When confronted later, they finally admitted they had "forgotten to make them" and didnt want to do it at that point as they would have had to work late. Horrible customer service and lack of integrity. Dont want to spend my hard earned money to support that "work ethic".

The Italian sandwich I had was amazing. Customer service was great. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the tables was less than desirable. The table I sat at was tacky and the chairs needed to be brushed off. Clean up and youll get 5 stars!

Always great sandwiches and friendly service. I usually go there around 8 pm and Im almost always the only person there. So, Ive never had to wait in line. Oh, and their chicken enchilada soup is delicious!

Sandwich was good but the person that made it touched his nose, put a glove on then made my sandwich. I asked him to wash his hands before making my sandwich and proceeded to ignore me. Not cool.

Fantastic sammitches, wonderful service great faces behind the counter always smiling and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend this place to eat if youre alone of with friends and such.
