My son, on his school DC trip, learned the deliciousness of Potbelly. On a clothing trip a few months later to Twelve Oaks he said "Lets grab some lunch and I know just where to go! We went to the Novi Potbellys and I was blown away. The line was 30-40 deep ~ almost out the door. My heart sank. I didnt want to spend 45 minutes waiting in line. Then I noticed there was a girl moving through the line taking orders from people. The folks working there were amazing ~ cheerful, funny and knew what they were doing. We waited in line about 10-15 minutes max. Our order was correct the prices were good and just YUMMY food! Weve been back several times since then. We received the same treatment every time. Its a great place to grab some lunch.

the food is great...when they get your order correct. my department of about 10 people used to order at least once a month and they would make 1 mistake every time. we finally gave up. really, if they make your order correct, the food is great.

I have been to this potbelly location over 15 times and everytime i get the same great professional service from Steve Cook. He is always courteous, quick, and very helpful. As a result, i will continue to give them my business.

Food was good and made correctly. Could have used a touch more mayo. Tables were a bit sticky but the restroom was clean. Staff was quick and polite. Price is right on for this type of food and portion size.

Cheap, easy, and fast. Not to mention tastes great, and awesome if youre counting calories as theyre all posted right on the menu. Potbellys is what Quiznos wishes it was.
