It doesnt have the aged and comfy 20th century like atmosphere of Potbelly. It doesnt have the super quick service of Subway. But who cares about that when the taste is exceptional. I came in during a slow night. They went up to introduce me to the menu, recommended according to my taste, and went their way for prep. Something thats very rare to see nowadays. I had the Surf & Turf with a mustard mayo sauce and onions. It was perfectly proportioned, everything crisp with nothing overpowering the other. Even the price isnt too bad considering the quality. Now this is a first time review, but I think Ill definitely be returning.

After hearing a fair amount of hype and rave reviews I decided to give Which Wich a try and I must say, they lived up to my expectations. Ordering can be a bit different than what were used to at first but the staff is always helpful and understanding when they walk you through it. The restaurant is clean, and has a good no nonsense feel to it. The sandwiches were delicious. They are made spot on to the order, and heated to just the right temperature. They are a little pricey when compared to other sandwich shops, but the quality far exceeds the other shops. The plastic cups are great to take home also.

This sandwich shop definitely puts JJs and Subway to shame. The inside is spacious, very clean, and bright. Was greeted and asked if I needed help navigating the process, which was super helpful. You dont order straight off a menu, instead you can fully customize your order and you check boxes on a slipa that you then hand over to them to assemble. Sandwiches were out promptly and were delicious. Has a kids sandwich section too where kids can pick grilled cheeses or pbjs, very cute. Will def be back!

went opening day so it was somewhat busy. medium wait for the food. really nice and upbeat staff. clean and really helpful when it comes to figuring out how to order. price was a bit expensive... not to bad though. only reason why i went for the 4 star is that the chicken parm i got was made with sliced chicken instead of a breast or chopped chicken. i dont know if thats how they make it but i would like to see chicken breast or chopped chicken in the chicken parm.

Went for dinner yesterday and they gave us the wrong sized sub, called today and Ron not only gave me another sandwich but offered to make it a meal for the inconvenience! What a wonderful manager and they are lucky to have someone who cares about the happiness of their customers! They will definitely keep my family as customers! Phenomenal food too!

Which Wich? has a great selection of sandwiches that anybody will find something they love. You can take your time to fill out the bag of the sandwich catagory you want or you can easily order it through their app and have it faster yet. You cant go wrong by eating at a Which Wich? near you.

Great selection of sandwiches. meats, cheeses... even have an Elvis sandwich with Peanut Butter, Bananas, and Bacon Interesting way to order also. Only reason I dont give it 5 stars? A bit more expensive than Jimmy Johns, Subway, etc. Great milkshakes though ;)

Best. Sandwiches. Ever. I used to drive 30 min, each direction, out of my way just to eat at the Which Wich in Troy. Just went here today an,d as always, the food, staff, and atmosphere are all unbelievably good!

Staff was very helpful, explaining how the bag marking ordering system worked. Food was very good though the pricing was slightly higher than Id peg it at. Im sure Ill be back for lunch when Im in the area.

Dont order anything with bacon - they precook it and serve it hours later. Also, it is very overrated. Head across the street to Potbelly. That is where youll find a real "superior sandwich."

Usually pretty quick with the food. But beware this place just like all restaurants in the area get busy at lunch time. Also their lettuce wraps are more a lettuce bowl than a wrap.
