My fiancé and I decided to go to this location because of the recent fire at the Southgate location. Worst mistake ever! So we get there and the hostess seats us. She didnt smile, small talk, nothing. It takes about 10 minutes for us to even get greeted by our server. We order our drinks and it takes at least 10 more minutes to get them. My margarita was horrible and it wasnt even made the way I requested. I never send things back but this margarita was terrible. Finally our waitress came back and I had her remake my drink and my fiancé had to ask for a refill. Mind you, we had been there for at least an hour now. She took our orders and took my drink as she left. Came back about 10 minutes later with a new drink that was made ok. About 25 minutes later we received our food. I asked for no onion on my burger, there was onion on there. I just picked them off and ate my burger which was pretty good. Waitress never once came back and asked how everything was, if we wanted more fries, nothing. So we just ate our food and opted for dessert. I chose the cheesecake and my fiancé wanted the Mudd pie to share with our kids. About 20 minutes later she comes back with the cheese cake does what feels like is basically slamming a plate on the table like an angry mom giving dinner to her children and says "We all out of Mudd pie." Im sure she found this out when we ordered dessert like 20 MINUTES PRIOR! Also, when I asked for another margarita and my first one being half full she replys "Another one? You didnt even drink that one!" I thought I was the one paying and I ordered it because I already knew it would take at least 10 to 20 minutes to get anything! This was a Wednesday night, barely any customers! Why such shitty service? Our server was so bland. She seemed like she had an attitude and was not server material.

The place was near empty and extremely slow. This place is horrible, the server breeanna took my order and gave me my food after the people seated next to me; who had came in 5min after me, who nows how many other people came in with in that time. The food wasnt as good as it should be; doesnt taste as good as other red robins or should I say red robins standards. The quantity was have as much as it should be. Waiter is slow and doesnt know how to be nice. This place not only needs new servers but training and a better MANAGER TO MANAGE THE PLACE AS IT SHOULD BE; a standard red robins.

Known for burgers but seafood is pretty good too. I ordered the seafood platter which came with cod fillets, shrimp and clams. Large portions and delicious. Bottomless fries also come with the meal. They offer a variety of burgers and a few signature ones. I like the teriyaki with teriyaki sauce and grilled pineapple. I also tried a chocolate waffer dessert. It was really good but clearly it was pre-packaged. The raspberry sauce was amazing. The bottomless fries is nice but they give you so few that its a necessity to order one or two more baskets of fries.

To start off I thought this place was going to be the greatest place ever but getting into my food my mom said her Burger was lukewarm and it was not hot she said her stomach started hurting mine did too when we went in the bathroom it was BM on the bathroom floor and toilet that was a worst place ever never go there the flu or expensive the first class was 3193 but then the Ville was bad so she asked for Discount it was 1831 I think that this place was horrible and if you ever go there just remember if the food was nasty ask for a discount

I havent been in a while because the last time I was there I said I would never return. First of all this place needs some remodeling. Some of the cushions were all busted up and they were still seating customers in them including myself. When we first walked in, the hostess was eating something and asked us to hold on a minute. I also noticed her bussing tables and eating the whole time. My food was just ok

Saturday may 28th 2016 5pm. The food is awesome our order was missing a couple small details but other than that the food was great. Our waitress was great even though we got the wrong frys and no guacamole she fixed it right away. She was fast and polite. I would recommend this to anyone especially families. When we went there was a magician that came to our table.

The last time we visited this location I noted that we have never had bad service. In fact the service has always been excellent. Debra or Patrick have waited on us in the bar area and they were both polite and personable. There excellent service is appreciated along with the great food. I personally like the wedgie style burgers!

My family and I were down for the weekend and thought wed checkout Red Robin after seeing countless commercials on television up in northern Michigan, but not having a RR location anywhere near us. All three of us are definitely glad we came and already look forward to our next encounter with a RR!

The food is to costly. Prices are consistent, with an older location in Denver, Colo. The service is not consistent. Have your eating utensils been dropped on the floor and then picked up and wrapped for use on the table? The location has been around for sometime. The food and the variety is good.

Terrible service we were told it would be a 30 minute wait after 30 minutes the section we were supposed to be seated in was given away the explanation was they didnt want to split the tip between two servers it was really rude and they acted like we didnt matter I will never go there again

Poor service. Waitress got both of the orders wrong(maybe try writing it down?). My glass was never empty for a majority of the evening. Nothing is bottomless, because good luck getting a waitress to your table. And the worst part was that the restaurant was mostly empty.

Been to several RRs over the years which are normally decent. However, it was absolutely the worst Red Rob. experience. My wife ordered the Blue Cheese burger and they actually used frozen patties. The service was good but the food was down right nasty.

We really enjoy this place. The wait staff has always been friendly and great. We hardly ever have to wait to be seated. The food is good and the atmosphere is family friendly. I would recommend it for a good burger and bottomless fries.

I was a little bummed that the Simply Grilled Chicken that is advertised online is not on the menu, but I was able to find a substitute salad no problem. The service was fine and the restaurant was clean. Cant really complain!

Been here many times, I can honestly say that Ive never had bad service at this Red Robin. The servers are always pleasant, smiling and dont leave you waiting. Food is always exceptional and the dining room is always clean.
