Service is horrible I stood at the counter for ten min while the employees looked and me and just walked away, I order a Mexican pizza I normally sub bean forgot to this time ask if I could give that back in place of one with sub beans I have done it before but told no this time, so OK I paid for a Mexican pizza sub bean plus sour cream and onions what do u know got home no sour cream or onion so back I go to replace it got no sorry or offer to give something for the inconvenience just a manager with a attitude then they just throw my replacement one together so I requested a knew one that went over while worst service I ever experienced always have problems there

I prefer this taco bell or the other one on telegraph rd down a little further on the other side but both these stores always seem to have all the 5$ box combos and such that I like it seems when ilI go to variois other tacobells from city to city they do not carry all the items im used to at my usual taco bell locations. But when i get my 5$ box near eureka rd on telegraph i get a large cup with my meals. When i go to the one on telegraph between goddard and wick I always get a medium cup.

Worst taco bell ever....taco shells are always wet making them fall apart at the bottom.... My last order the tacos were half upside down in the bag and one taco had a small tomato chunk stuck to the side ripped through one layer of the taco wrapper like someone stomped on it.... I will be taking the time to drive 5 mins past this place to the next taco bell..... I think the workers here forgot the consumers pay the bills...

I had a big order. Chicken quesadilla; they never put it any chicken. My tacos came with no lettuce, they failed to tell me they were completely out. My gordita crunch was just that crunched and sloppy Waste of $30 Im never coming back and I used to come here regularly. Ive never seen this staff before. The customer complaint in front of me should have tipped me off to leave before my order.

never had good service here. Last time i was here, they made me pull around to the front cause my order wasnt done. Then they forgot about us and made me go threw drive thru again to get my food. Total time i was there was 55 min from start to finish. The cold food was well worth it, ya right

Even though other people may this place is bad, I have been going here for 5 years and have amazing service. The last time I went there was a guy with a star tatoo on his neck, his service was amazing and he really enjoyed his job and although I dont know his name, THANK YOU.

This is the best Taco Bell Ive ever been to anywhere in any state. Food is always good and the drive thru staff is very friendly. There is one girl who works there, Chelsea, who genuinely always makes my day a bit better with how friendly she is.

This Taco Bell is always busy you always have to wait weather inside or the drive-thru but I must say they make great tacos or whatever else you want from here probably thats why its so busy the service is great also

Tacos all the way past Midnight, I believe its 24/7 though Im not sure, I cant stay up 24/7 . Good Food, Great Service and a Parking Lot with Lights all around. Telegraph rd. Right there in Front of You.

I will stop at this taco bell on the way home from work despite my hour long drive and many closer locations. Food is fresh and well-portioned, and the staff is fast and friendly. Never had a botched order.

They are alright but the waiting in the drive thru line is horrible 20-30 minutes or longer not unless you are lucky enough and go when there is only a couple cars in line and only wait 5-10 minutes.

Food was wonderful, but while waiting in the drive thru line a lawn mower came beside me and covered the drivers side inside of my truck with grass. Nice people, but very unproffessional.

Horrible wait be prepared to wait at least 20 -60 minutes+ doesnt matter how many people are in front of you youre going to wait at least 20 minutes
