worst white castle ever!!!! Terrible service...the employees have terrible attitudes..the lady shorted me on my change and when I corrected her she got an attitude and took obnoxiously long to fix it. They shorted me a cheese burger...and the sprite ran out of syrup so my pop taste like tonic water, which i just said forget it and dealt with it... I hate this white castle all the employees should be fired...I am almost certain if i complained about the pop and missing burger they would have spit in my food because they act extremely ghetto and rude and it seems to perfectly fit their ratchet a$$ style! F@k this white castle!!!

Extremely dirty. Bathroom was filthy with no tissue or paper towel. Floor hasnt been mopped in a while.Cashier (tall guy) took my friends order then 15 minutes later took mine after the cook reminded him to do so. Should of just went to the one on Plymouth in the first place.

They refuse to honor coupons as written, but instead come up with their own nonsense interpretation of them. Also very slow, and parking lot is dangerous to pull out of, with no visibility of either the sidewalk or street.
