It was R 1st time to eat the lunch buffet there & it was yummy, but the best thing was the waitress Lisa who welcomed us in with open arms when we walked in & made us feel very special. Lisa was terrific! She said shes worked there for umpteen years & I believe it bc shes really good at what she does! She was so friendly & refilled our drinks & removed our dirty dishes promptly, she never hurried us out like some buffets do--even tho we sat there eating a long time & everything went sooooo smoothly that we were thinking, "wow Lisa needs to go train some of these other places that weve went to & had bad service" Lisa answered all our questions very knowledgably & we all laughed & had fun discussing Duck Dynasty, but it was her outgoing personality that really made our day! We gave Lisa a $5 tip but someone really needs to give Lisa a raise or a promotion bc we will always remember to come back to that Pizza Hut bc of her, she brightened our day with that dynamic personality of hers! The bathrm smelled terrible--like bad mold & the music was atrocious but we will go back bc of Lisa! She was outstanding! And of course the food was delicious! Bravo Pizza Hut for having such a good waitress! You really need to give that girl a BIG BONUS OR RAISE for being such a good reflection of your restaurant! Seriously, dont lose her!

Absolutely the WORST experience Ive ever had at not only a pizza shop but anywhere. Ok so I order the $7.99 2 topping large pizza pretzel crust for the world series game I was watching with couple buddies. Place my order online and go pick up. Receive the pizza and get back into my car (keep in mind Im in a wheelchair so its not the easiest). I go to leave and decided to check pizza and to my dismay no pretzel crust. So I stop my car and park to go back in. Get my wheelchair back out go in and let him know its not a pretzel crust like I ordered so he proceeds to tell me he can give me a voucher for a free pizza or he can make me another one. I said yea Ill take the pizza I ordered and paid for then asked if I could keep the wrong pizza he gave me for my troubles and he processed to roll his eyes and very awkwardly he said yea. So I wait 15 min to get my pizza, the right pizza with pretzel crust. Receive my pizza and got back into my car (without checking it to make sure it was right) get to my buddies house open the box and to my ABSOLUTE AMAZEMENT its wrong again. This time it was the same plain crust but it had the pretzel salt on it but not the actual pretzel crust. Idk if they are a bunch of stoners up there just stoned out of their mind and cant comprehend anything or what but WOW what a complete nightmare!

Ive had delivery from this Pizza Hut about 3 times now and never again. I live literally 1.5 miles away from this place and its COLD when it arrives. It has taken over an hour every time. I have used the online ordering system which I thought would be helpful because it lets you give instructions on where exactly you live. I live in a large apartment complex, but my apartment is directly behind the leasing office. I say that in the order and it still arrives cold. I had to reheat the pizza up in the oven so it wouldnt be soggy. Very disappointing!!!

I was so excited to get the new cheesy bites pizza and this is what I got. This pizza is way to thin limp and soggy. There is hardly any cheese on it and the cheesy bites look like they rushed to make this order. I will never be going to this store ever agin. Tried calling the store and no one answered. Very unsatisfied!

Ordered a delivery pizza at 9pm tonight, delivered to my work for a co-worker and I for lunch. Here we are almost 2 hours later with no pizza, and nobody answering the phone back at the restaurant, because THEY ARE NOW CLOSED. Not even a courtesy phone call. Nothing. Just no food. No delivery. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Food is good, but Ive been there 3 times and all three times something is messed up. Most recently, I wanted green peppers substituted for the onions on my bacon cheeseburger pizza, and did they do it? Of course not. Its run by a bunch of non-caring millenial kids who dont give a rats ass about anything.

Workers are slow and the service is slower. Ordered pick up and told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive in 15 minutes, pay for my food and wait for another 15 minutes watching them just start making my order after I already placed it 15 minutes ago. Do not order here!

Pizza is ok I order every Wednesday but service sucks. If you order from there call center your order never goes in you get stuck waiting for nothing to show up and the manager at the location tells you she didnt do it not her fault. I will never order from here again.

Pizza is mediocre and the service is absolutely horrible. You wait 25 minutes in line for a pizza thats already ready, but the cashier decides to have an in depth conversation about another customers baby while making direct eye contact with me.

The food is good and fast. The waitress, Nicole, and the other gentleman with glasses are awesome. They give the best service of any restaurant I eat at and go out of their way to be prompt and friendly even when the restaurant is packed.

I ordered from the place about 4 times so far and all of a sudden as of today 13DEC2016 they are saying they dont deliver here, very odd, and all of the other stores in the area say "yeah wood haven Pizza hut is 5 minutes from you."

The lady at the counter was the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. The order was made wrong, took 30 minutes longer then they said it would. Save yourself the hassle and ridiculous amount of money and go to a better pizza spot.
