2 prices for my breakfast meal. Price depends on which employee or manager rings me up. When I inquire about it, NOTHING is done Thats the price/s. My hash browns have been so overdone 10 times in a month and a half, that I have to ask for fresh hasbrowns every time I order. I called headquarters and filed a complaint only to have them send it to the wrong store! 3hrs away! Even though I did get a call from the wrong store, Ive yet to receive one from the correct store. When I called headquarters the lady said she was sending a coupon for a free whopper. Never received it. Burger King as far as a company is just went to crap. Food is expensive and I can go get a bar burger that is 100% beef and not microwaved for the same price or CHEAPER! The bathroom smells. Is dirty. The restaurant itself is dirty. Too much employee talking, texting and Facebooking to care about their jobs going on.

Stars awarded because fries are usually fresh and hot, and if by chance they are not, this customer gets new ones with no attitude! That is rare, and gratefully acknowledged. The drive-thru window staff are simply nice, rather charming human beings overall. Miss Mary is a delight! And, finally, my order is always special, specific, and almost always correct. What more can one ask if a "fast food" restaurant?

Are you kidding me....Saturday 9:30 and there is 2 people working. It took a half an hour to go through the drive thru. As we pull up to the window, mind you there were 2 cars in front of us and 4 behind us, there was a worker pushing a mop bucket to clean the dining area that was closed....no wonder I stopped going there, just needed that reminder!!

After ordering 4 breakfast combos I was asked to pull foward even tho I was the only one in line at the drive thru. Asked why and was told because theres a drive thru timer. Pulled toward waited got my combos only to find the sandwiches were cold. The cheese wasnt even melted. Im usually there during the week never had a prob. Weekend crew sucks.

not only did I have to wait over 30 minutes for my food but when I got up to pay they charged me twice and when we started to eat the food wasnt even warm it was cold. Very disappointing no wonder there was three drive offs prior to me getting my food.

I went to BK for a few years because that was the only one around. The crosant sandwiches were always hard and cold, I have been in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me and it took literally 18 mins just for me to get to the window. They suck.
