The only reason this place gets a single star is for the pickle bar and I love pickles. The service was sub-par, we had to ask twice simply to get water. IIRC there was no vegetarian option on the menu but since we could create our own burger, we figured thatll do. But surprise! We couldnt order any sides since theyre all fried in lard, neither could we order any grilled mushrooms or onions because - again lard! I cannot imagine that in 2016, there are places which still do this. Naturally well never come here again. Our group has a mix of meat eater, vegans and vegetarians and most places will have at least a couple of items on the menu for everyone, even Buffalo Wild Wings has fries and an artichoke dip. Here we cant even order fries!

I dined here today for lunch. There was a long wait to get a table, so I thought ah... good sign. Then I realized why there were such long waits for tables when it took 45 minutes for a cold burger to come out. The burger did taste good, but it was undersized and cold. The fries are a $4 add on. A bacon cheeseburger + fries + iced tea was $16.50 with tip $20. I can get a larger, equal quality burger next door to this place for a better price. Kruses burger is larger, tastes just as good, costs $10 with fries, and its next door. I really like Roast, but my Michael Symon loyalty will not carry to this up scale burger joint.

Situated in a strip mall, the decor reminds me of a bar set up to look like a "local joint." The collection of beer cans by the bar is cool. Great attention to detail on decor, though Im sure every location mirrors the next. The burger was very good and so were the fries. I was disappointed at the cost, though. I mean, its a burger and fries. I was expecting more based on what Ive seen of the owner on TV but I didnt think the menu was that original. Felt like a huge rip off of someone just capitalizing on their appearances on TV. I probably wont be back too much as I like to support local businesses as much as possible.

It took 57 mins to finally get our food. My sandwich came out wrong. I sent it back and waited another 15 mins. The manager brings it back to me without apologizing for the extremely long wait and mistake. Portions are very small by the way. At the end of all of this disaster of a resturant they had the nerve to tag on a 20%%% gratuity for having six person party. I have never ever been to a resturant that adds a 20% gratuity for less than 8 person party. I would never go back again. Poor service and extremely poor management.

Typically my food is wonderful when I go here, however the last time I ate here my burger came to the table and was completely raw in the middle. I told the waitress and she didnt care at all she took my food and instead of having a new burger made for me they scraped mine off of the bun and threw it back on the grill and then brought it back to me. I couldnt even eat after this because I was so disgusted by the raw burger. The waitress did not apologize or compensate me in away. Definitely wont be going back here!

If the burger I ate wasnt the most delicious burger Ive had in a long time, I may have only give 2 or 3 stars. Why? It took about a half hour to get out food; two burgers and fries. Not sure what the hold up was but Im willing to try them again at some point. Pricing is fair for the quality. I went during work lunch so I couldnt have a beer. I browsed their beer menu and saw a few worthy choices Id try if I went one day after hours.

Beers are frequently out of stock on the tap. The burgers are usually on point as far as cooking temps and toppings. The staff is hit or miss when it comes to service. Ive had a few bartenders that are good and interested in answering questions about the menu or drinks. Others are more interested in chatting w coworkers.

Ordered a basic bacon cheeseburger "well, well" done came back super pink. Sent it back to the kitchen, which I never do because I use to work in a restaurant, came back the second time just as freakin pink.... Not happy. Maybe it was just a bad day for the kitchen. Hopefully my chipotle Is better!

Lamar and Ronda are two of the best bartenders in town. We love everything about B Spot. Its a Michael Simon restaurant, so the food is high quality and craftily prepared. It has one of the best happy hours in town and a great atmosphere. Cant say enough wonderful things about this local.

Placed a pickup order on a MONDAY evening around 7:00 pm (July 11th) and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. Go to pick it up and the order was never submitted and was told it would take another 25 mins...dont waste your time on to go orders!

Burgers were great with an excellent selection of beer and bourbon. The place was claustrophobic, small, cluttered, disorganized. I would recommend this place if youd like a great food and bourban.
