This place is always slow, never gives you a complete order, for example theyll for get the syrup for the french toast sticks or give you syrup instead of the dip for the cini-minis. Horrible customer service! I wanted and asked for whip cream on my iced coffee, paid for it, and then was told they didnt have it. The manager said they dont charge for whip cream when it clearly said on their menu $0.30 for whip cream. The manager didnt even know the menu herself! They didnt even give me back the correct change! This is just the tip of the iceberg! I tried to give this place many tries but every time has been upsetting. AVOID...go elsewhere!

One thing I love about this Burger King is they greet you upon walking through the door and they are so pleasant once you get to the counter and the manager here is a very nice guy and Guy so far all of the supervised a great too. I love sitting up front to watch how they treat other people that come in the treat everyone the same regardless of how they look or dress I said here for at least 2 hours just watch, this Burger King is a nice place for the neighborhood.

This is an awesome Burger King. The cashier nickname -peanut , she was very friendly, shes always smiling and always helpful, every time I come in she is always nice. This Burger King has a great team, my order was taken correctly, and I didnt even have to wait five minutes for fresh food. Thank you so much

This Burger King always has great service and fresh food but the young man today at the drive thru was incredible. He was professional, courteous, and thorough while still managing to be fast. I was amazed by my whole experience. I am sure everyone contributed to the efficiency... so great job team BK!

Coupon Nazis. They were rude and demanded if we wanted to use two coupons we had to come inside for the second. They also wanted the expiration date a coupon code before anything else. Food was cold, bacon cheeseburger had no bacon on it. The whole experience was just bad.

At 8pm pulled n drive-thru and waited about 5-10 min before some lady yelled thru speaker CLOSED MANAGER HURT THEMSELVES. As I pulled away I could see 2 or 3 people laughing and hanging in dining room area. Not good behavior if someone was hurt or to keep customers

Worst of the Worst. Drive thru gets my order correct less than 10% of the time. Went in last time and only got two feet in the door. The odor was so nasty in there, I had to walk right back out, smelled like B.O. Never going back!!!! Worst restaurant ever!!!

Rude, no smiles, rolling of eyes, take your money and make you pull forward and wait on your food...they are not fast. It was so much salt on my fries I could save it to season dinner for a week. Smh. Dont go here...even if you are pressed for time.

Slow and I do mean slow. 15min in the drive through constantly. I live in the neighborhood behind this BK so Ive gone there out of convenience. After 2 years, it hasnt changed. Same slow workers and after the long wait the food is cold. Avoid.

I just went there and order food it was cold after I took one bit I told the manager the food was cold they said they were going to reheat the food and I was ridiculous we took our money back this is really stupid Ill never go there again

This is probably the slowest BK Ive ever been to, and chances are pretty good that your order will be very wrong. Id give only one star, but the breakfast crew always runs their A game.
