We saw a sign from the interstate and needed to eat so we got off the interstate. My first impression was that the restaurant was closed because of its appearance and the lack of patrons or vehicles in the parking lot. I was actually surprised to find that it was open. Although the restaurant had a good health rating and appeared clean, it is quite dated and in need of a remodel. Although the cashier was friendly and attentive, the crew in the back of the house thought it a good idea to start blasting some kind of rap music. With our two small children in tow, I didnt appreciate that at all. The food was sub-par. Some of our fries were fresh and hot. Others were almost terrible. The "new" chicken sandwiches were horrible; tasted like they had been in a warmer for hours. Either they dont know how to correctly assemble the sandwiches or they were out of tomatoes. All in all, not a good visit. I think BK is really missing a great opportunity for growth with this restaurant because there is a huge, newer hotel directly across the street.

This is the most disgusting Burger King Ive ever been to. The walls are torn up, not a single table had been wiped down and there was just one couple eating in there. The floors were full of spills, food and debris. It looked like it hadnt been swept or mopped in days. The bathroom was disgusting with trash cans overflowing onto floor. The staff was rude and unfriendly. I had ordered 4 shakes with 4 of the 6 meals I ordered. The lady told another employee to make 3 shakes, I reminded her it was 4 and she rolled her eyes, looked at receipt and gave exasperated sigh and told the other employee 4 then handed me the receipt with a death stare and scowl. Whoever owns this Burger King should be ashamed. The Burger King corporation has lost my respect that they would let a store slip to this level. This would never be seen in a franchise like Chick Fil A for example.

The only good thing about this place was the cool demeanor of the front counter worker. We waited more than 30 minutes for our food. Everyone behind us had gotten their food. My husband went up to ask about ours and got serious attitude from the expediter. He threw our food in a bag and pretty much threw it at my husband. There was no sauce like I asked for, it was placed in a bag even though we were eating there and the burgers were so sloppy we couldnt eat them easily. The fries were cold and the nuggets were gross. Went back to ask for sauce, they were out. Drink station and bathrooms needed a lot of attention. No receipt so I dont have the store number to complain. At least half of the people served while we were their had a problem with their order. Would not ever recommend this restaurant!!!

My veggie burger was so hard I couldnt eat it. When I took it back and asked for something different because it was so hard the girl at the counter yelled back to the back saying she said its too hard and wants a grilled chicken sandwich and rolled her eyes. My mother in laws salad had wilted lettuce that had already started turning brown. When we asked for something else they were just plain rude about it.

Slowest services ever took forever to get my order placed and even longer to receive it. Ordered class dog only ketchup and mustard luckily I checked made wrong. It was in the smallest bag #4 suppose to be in a #12 I informed the cashier and if looks could kill!! I said thank you she shut the window. Long ghetto nails with designs and polish clearly not the following dress code.

I set in the drive thru for 45 minutes then finally got my order which they got wrong. The supposed to be mocha frappe was basically chocolate milk with no whip cream or ice. Then a employee tried to tell me i had it right to begin with when i clearly stated i was supposed to have 2 double cheeseburgers and a single after she pulled three singles out.

Walked into the resturant and the menu boards were off the manager walked pass us never saying a word and went to the restroom. 5 min later she returned still not acknowledging us. And walks pass us again. Finally I took my family to bogangles and we were served and out in 5mins. $50.00+ order. Way to go BK.

This is what we were served with cold fries and nuggets too. Called to get it corrected they were very rude Will give a refund only for whats left. (My kids ate a couple nuggets cause they were hungry but after a chicken like this..... we should have gotten a full refund

No sauces in the bag for our chicken fries. Wrong sandwich. Ordered 3 shakes with whipped cream, one came with a soda lid that squashed the whipped cream over the side of the cup.
