Very rude and arrogant staff. Instance 1- I ordered 2 biryanis and they told me it will be ready in 20 mins. I waited there for 50 mins to get the food I ordered. Instance 2- I called them and they said they have the food ready. I had to wait for 40 mins in extreme cold with “my parents” to get the ordered food. When I complained the guy over there started arguing, he said you don’t know how much his business is growing, he is selling so & so biryanis each day and he is in business for 15 years.. etc. Instance 3- I still wanted to give them a chance and went there at 9:30PM(they close at 10) and the only thing they had to say was “we are out of food” Three different ppl were at the counter in all three instances and they were not rude in instance 1 & 2. Food is good but guess that’s not the only thing we care when we go to a restaurant. All three instances are from year 2014.

Customer Disservice, that should be the theme of this restaurant. I placed a take-away order via phone and it took me 10 minutes to verify that my order was noted down correctly. I was told that it would be ready in "15-20" mins. I placed the order (my call end-time) at 7:27 and I reached for the pick-up at 7:48. But my order was not there yet. Further, instead of even asking to wait, the person in the counter rather lectured me that it was just 5 minutes since the order was placed and that he had clearly instructed me about the 15-20 mins wait time. "I had told you about to on the phone", he said rudely. I kept my cool and rather utilized the otherwise wasted time talking with my friend on phone. The sub-standard food quality and taste further added to the distaste that bad experience had brought it. 1-star for the food, though.

First of all, they said my food will be ready in 30 mins but when I got there, I had to wait another 30 mins so an hour to get a curry ready. They didnt seem to be that busy either. What pissed me more is that I was told 30 mins but it took an hour and I had to wait 30 mins when I got there. Secondly, I ordered chicken saag and aloo chaat. When I got there after 30 mins to pick up my order, I was told they dont have aloo chat and Id have to get samosa chat.... very unprofessional ! .....after 30 mins of wait after getting there, my food was ready. I get home, open the box, I had 4 irregular chunks of chicken on a watery spinach sauce. The chicken wasnt seasoned at all and both dishes looked very rushed! Utterly disappointed ! DONT GO HERE... THERE ARE BETTER INDIAN PLACES AROUND.

I have been here 5 times to try out veg biriyani ever since i heard from my friend that it serves good biriyani. But unfortunately, i was turned down 4 time in a row that it was either over or they were done serving for the day way before the time the restaurant usually closes. The 5th time i went, i was able to taste the biriyani which was overrated but was not served bread and entrees because they missed our order. I understand things like this happen in a restaurant. People might have good experiences in this restaurant and have had good tasting food, but mismanagement and customer dissatisfaction leads me to rate this restaurant so low.

They need to learn what s customee service. Lunch timings says open till 330 on Sunday. But they dont have refill for buffet by 2 30. With a toddler who is already hungry we decided to get biryani and when asked if we could occupy any table to eat they blatantly refused. With my hungry tod we had our lunch in car. They cant afford to clean one table. I would never go to this place again n will not recommend. However I wish more Indian restaurants come in around this area so we dont have to depend on this one rude managed hotel

Today I ordered chicken biryani to go, they gave me microwaved biryani. Last week I ordered 1 chicken biryani and 1 veg biryani to go in the evening around 7:30pm, I had to wait sometime to get veg biryani for 30 min meanwhile they packed chicken biryani and it got cold by the time veg biryani was packed. When I asked them to get me another chicken biryani which is hot, the guy working there replied we cooked chicken biryani in the morning, it will not be hot even if we pack it again. I am not visiting this place again.

I love the vegetable biryani they serve. That being said it is only once in a blue moon i get to have it after landing in the restaurant. Many a times we are told "No veg biryani Sir" and that really pisses me off. I agree there might not be too many vegetarians and also very few prefer veg biryani. But that should not stop us from craving for it. Its highly suggestible to call them well in advance rather than getting disappointed after having seated in.

This is one of the only sit down restaurants that I will visit on my own. The meat and vegetarian dishes are very flavorful. The facility continues to be upgraded by the owners. This restaurant is right next to an Indian grocery store which is a good thing IMO! I would think that even the pickiest eaters would enjoy the butter chicken and nan bread. Opens at 11:30 and stays open until about 1:45 when I go during the week.

Stay away from the Special chicken biryani. Its the same Chicken Biryani with bones and few chicken pieces on the top for $4 extra. Not worth at all. I called to ask and they said thats the menu apparently instead of agreeing that they were just lazy. Although the other things on the menu is amazing. 5 star if they didnt mess that one thing for what I paid for.

Ive only been here for Biryani although they have a lunch buffet, the veg biryani is one of the best compared to the ones in the neighborhood, at the same time the downside of this restaurant is, Sundays after 6:30 pm theyll be out of their Biryanis, it is highly advised to give them a call before you go in person, but most likely they wouldnt pick your call.

I initially LOVED the biryani! But recently quality has started going down...taste and flavours are not consistent. Last time I went rice was not cooked and guess what they hiked the price! So that was last time for me. Now I am going to Namaste which is just a mile from thr and still has great biryani at great price + more quantity!

This place claims to be the best biryani in the town, but when I went for lunch buffet, there was no vegetarian biryani. Being a biryani lover, I went to dinner couple of times and found that biryani is extremely spicy (not chilli hot, but lot of masala). So next time I told them to make it less spicy, but there was no difference.

Too little quantity for too much price. And no option of selecting ur sides for a gravy. They only give rice. Even when I told them that I dont eat rice, they wouldnt replace the rice with roti or naan. I feel aahar is better in quantity and also Aahar gives u the option of selecting ur sides. Would never go back to kurrys again.
