Horrible service, waited 45 minutes people that came in after me got their food before I did not one person apologized for that then they get all my orders ready except for one and then they let me know that they are out of one of the ones I ordered Meanwhile my two other orders are sitting there getting cold then when I substitute a different item for the one they were out of and get my food home needless to say everything tasted horrible I threw all of it out the next day

I did not have a good experience. I ordered three penne rosas with extra sauce on the side. When I picked up the order they did not put the sauce on the side and when I asked about it, the person preparing the food said its too late it was already added. When I made home, it all three dishes had burned noodles and it was very dry. I tried to call at least three times, no answer. Very disappointed with the food and rude service.

Ive eaten at the East Lansing and Northville locations plenty of times and always loved it! I moved right near the Bingham Farms location and every time Ive eaten there, the noodles are mushy and kind of just a big starchy clump in the middle of my bowl. I hate to sound like such a jerk, but this location has disappointed me on several occasions and started feeling like a waste of money. Ill make my own pasta.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Noodles and Company. This is the ONE restaurant we can take the whole family to and even our most pickiest eater (Large buttered noodles anyone?) will eat! All the kids are teens now, and have a lot more variety in their diet...but we still enjoy going to Noodles & Company as a family. PS: Date Nights are even better.

The food was great but they have the new fancy soda machine that refuses to dispense clear Sprite without multiple attempts. The new machine provides many flavor options at the expense of everything coming out of the same spout. I like the old way better. Besides the annoying soda machine, they do everything else right with me.

The food was typical Noodles & Company fare. The dining room was freezing cold and although the tables were clean, there was an overall unclean feeling about it. Additionally, the staff while not rude were unfriendly and it felt like we were keeping them from whatever they were doing before we walked in.

I walked in and immediately noticed how clean the dinning area was. service was friendly and fast. they gave me a number to sit down with... but my food showed up before I could get my coat off. overall a good establishment. but for me, the menu was limited. I would recommend this noodles and co.

Lately, the food takes forever, its not prepared properly, and its never hot when presented. I doubt Ill go here again, though I really like the one in Ann Arbor by the University of Michigan (301 S. State St.). They do a great job with the prep, the heat, and the smiles!

I ordered the pad thai with tofu. I was happy to see that it was organic tofu; they even had organic iced tea. The food was fresh and tasty, the restaurant was clean and the service was very friendly. I will be going back for sure.

I ordered the Alfredo Montamore and they forgot the chicken, so it was basically $9.00 for pasta with a a bit of vegetables and thin Alfredo sauce. Sad day. Fresh vegetables and clean restaurant were a plus.
