One star cuz there is not a 0 star option. Server had a very short attitude, no knowledge or willingness to check for allergens, i had to flag her down for refills(waited 20min from when they were emptied), cooks were slow, 2 of the dishes had obviously been sitting for a while before they were brought out, and to top it all off the food was preped poorly and without a care. I did speak to the manager about the wait and poor service. He apologized but it felt hollow. I feel bad that my grandmother even paid for this crap. Hit up Buffalo Wild Wings...its just up the street.

Service has its ups and downs, food is always good, management is rude to employees...its really a toss up with this store. It could loose the GM and youd notice more patient workers. Ive noticed this restaurant having a high "employee in-out" ratio. They get someone good in there for a yr.+...then they loose them or they quit for better paying job with a RESPECTFUL crew

I have worked for this company for some years, and would have to say that I love just about all the food on the menu and would take my entire family to eat there instead of going to McDonalds, or Dennys. If you dont want to be in the dinner or lunch rush, the best time is 2-4pm.

It was a very good experience. Food was hot, drink was served as ordered,with lemon on side. The thing I only thing I had to ask for was my bread which was a bit annoying, because I was with all guys, and she seemed to cater much more to them than me! Just saying.:)

I love love love Julia. There food is AWSOME ESPECIALLY IN THE MORNING! if your ever in the area or a regular customer ask for Julia she is the definition of great personal service. She makes you feel special and shell take great care of you while you are dining-in.

We had a waitress training a new hire. By the time we were down to the last two bites of our biscuits and gravy. We found a hair. They were gracias and took some off our bill and a personal apology from the manager. Cant ask for more.

Not a fan. Ive gave this place a few tries and everytime I regret it. Even food that normally tastes good everywhere like pancakes or toast is just bad here. And way overpriced.

Usually the food is excellent, but the portions are sometimes a little small. Also, occasionally Ill get a salad there and the lettuce is soggy. Service is always good.
