This place is a absolute joke! What appeared to be the manager or even owner was yelling in front of everyone about a plate a employee had dropped, basically publicly shamed him over it. As we sat and waited for our food (witch was sitting under the warmer in front of us for 10 mins before brought to our table) she proceded to complain in front of everyone. She took a seat at the stools in front of the cash register and started putting in credit cards and tips. Then she freaked out on a employee over a voided ticket, continued to Yell at her for it and as soon as that employee walked away she accused her of stealing to another employee, dead in front of me. The biggest joke of a restaurant ive literally ever been to. Unprofessional and disrupting. Damn near 10 people working and they have one lady running the whole floor.

Food seems to be hit or miss. Service? Wow. I have never been insulted more in my life. I ordered food to go. When I arrived at my destination is when I noticed I received the wrong food order. So I went back to get my money back just to find out from the bald headed scrubby looking manager that they did not give refunds. Under these circumstances I became quite frustrated and demanded my money back. He then callled the police and said a black man was causing promblems in the shop. BTW Im not black. When he noticed I wasnt intimated is when he offered all sorts of free meals. Make a long story short this restaurant doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Went in on 1/17/2012 and the restaurant was cold and smelled like cigarette smoke. I ordered an omlett with hash browns with a biscuit. The portions were big which usually is a indication of trouble. The omlett and hash browns had no flavor and had no seasoning on it. It appears to be all processed and not made fresh. The biscuit was so dry you needed a quart of water just to get it down. Size of portions never is more important than quality and if this is the best they can do i wont go back.

Like the food. Have plenty of time if you go here, getting in and out will not be fast. Customers and staff are friendly. Recently after a forty minutes wait was asked if we were finished with the meal, had to tell the waitress that we were still waiting on the order. After a big apologies we reordered and had a nice meal. Real families atmosphere here, not for the person that is always rushing through life. Will return in the future.

Gordon Food Service and Sysco supplied food, still smells like cigarettes, replace that nasty sticky carpet... Ive been coming here on and off for the last 15 years. Only when I am enhanced with Canna I really dig the food, but stone sober this place is cold and run of the mill. Will be coming back but less frequently, you wont notice Im gone.

This is a amazing family restraint. We went in the manager mike was very helpful with seating us promptly. Food was amazing. I had the club and fried mushrooms with a bowl of clam chowder. The soup was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and very relaxed. You can tell by there actions that the crew is very close knit. Love this place...

Not at all impressed! We sat down and ordered, 2 tables sat after us and received their food before us, We ordered biscuits and gravy and an omelet.. Food was barely warm.. We did figure out quickly if you were a regular, you got awesome service. Waitresses arguing at the cash register was the highlight of the visit.

Stopped in while getting new tires next door at Discount Tire. Great food, fast and friendly service . Had the Country Omelet, with country gravu and delicious pancakes. Yum. Wont have to eat again till suppertime. Reasonably pricrd, too. Highly recommend.

A locally owned and operated business that has a good selection of food and plenty of portions to leave you feeling satisfied. I stop here at least once every two weeks for breakfast. Awesome staff and a great place to watch traffic pass you by while dinning in.

Food was good, cooked to order, nice and hot. You can tell its a "locals" spot. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great prices for breakfast! My only complaint is that they make weak coffee, its more like tea. But thats all preference....

I get the same thing for most part cause its just the right amount and its delish. I love my mini breakfast and atmosphere is nice also. I feel relaxed and comfortable here and I get a deliscious meal too cant beat that. OK in my book Homespun.

Very nice staff and a classic diner atmosphere. It is a shame that there are not many restaurants like Homespun left anymore. It is a great place to grab breakfast, sip coffee, and watch the traffic pass by.

Great food there but think prices went up and portions went down. Plus you get charged interest on debit and credit card uses. Wish the hours went back to normal and staff given more hours.
