Having been a short order cook and waitress myself, I appreciate the job the Fowlerville Farm employees have serving their customers. They get a cross-section of Americana pass through as one time visitors, locals, and loyals daily. On Mondays, the special is Meat Loaf. Tuesdays, it’s Fried Chicken served with your choice of potato and a vegetable. On Thursday, the special is Spaghetti. On Wednesdays & Fridays they serve up “All You can eat Battered Dipped Fish”, which is served with fries and Slaw. They have a small bakery counter in the gift shop that sells cookies, pies, and includes their mini bread loaves and honey butter, which is served with dinners in the restaurant. They have actually been in this location for over 22 years. There is a gas station located in the parking lot. Restrooms are small but efficient, located in the middle, between the gift shop and restaurant proper. Most wall decor is for sale. Nice art work and some collectables. Something for everyone, and very family friendly. Great stopping place for weary or hungry travelers coming off I-96 at the Fowlerville Exit. Delicious coffee and cocoa with real whipped cream. Just look for the 2 storied blue tile roof, you cant miss it! The Big Boy next door closed up, but McD, is up the road, and TacoBell & A&W/Kentucky are across the street from them.

I read the reviews but figured I would try for myself. When you first walk in it looks like a Cracker Barrel. Food was over priced, almost everything was over $9. I tried the Wet burrito, it was $9.29. What I got was a warm large burrito with a salad on top. It was very bland with no real flavor. I will say that it looked like it was going to taste great. But instead was bland. Will I be back? Looking at my magic 8 ball.. Sources say No. Main reasons why ~ food was over priced and bland. People were nice tho. Here is a pic of the Wet burrito.

At first, we felt abandoned after being seated... but, then, we were served by the sweetest and most attentive server!... She made our experience totally delightful!!! So much so that I gave her a 40$ tip ... a little more than our food bill of $38 something... She was worth it... wish I knew her name...loved her!.... oh, yes, and the food was absolutely perfect.. I judge a restaurant on their Reuben sandwiches... FFFR rocked it!

The freshly baked loaf of bread was great, and came with the liver and onions which were good and more than I could eat. The canned green beans were just that, and the mashed potatoes rate 1 star. The waitress was attentive and friendly. My one complaint is although the waitress indicated Id receive a senior discount when I paid the bill, the cashier refused to allow the discount. Se la vie.

Our waitress was very friendly but when it came time to pay the bill there was a price difference from the what the waitress wrote and what the manager said the total was ,so the manager didnt resolve the issue so I paid more money that what the bill said and the manager was other friendly at all and has a very poor attitude when it comes t ok customer service and I will not be going back

Food was yummy but I didnt understand why the staff was putting up Christmas decorations while guests were eating. This included a waitress standing on a stable to put up her decorations then proceeded to just wipe the dirt off the table with her hand rather than properly washing down the table. Decorations could wait till before or after hours in my opinion.

Had the Rye BLT husband had the chicken dinner ! Both were delicious (BLT was very very good) the mash potatoes not so much (they were just ok) also had the chicken dumpling soup which was also good just needed some more seasoning is all. Would come back for sure ! Great spot for truckers to pull in and get a good bite to eat !

Have been a in about 20 times in the last 8 years. Waitstaff has changed in that time from good servers to people preoccupied with there phones. Not poor service but not great. The food however is where the changes have been most noticable. Its filling and it does not make you sick thats about the best i can say.

Great old family run truck stop. Food is amazing and the waitresses are superb. Dirt lot is a little rough and it is a little awkward getting back on to I96W with a semi. Doesnt look the greatest from the outside but I always try to stop here on my way back from Detroit to Grand Rapids.

Nice little cafe restaurant. In my childhood it was called Nickerson Farms and had a massive live bee hut inside the restaurant behind glass. The Bees were swarming so thick the sky would turn dark if you were there when they returned home to the hive. Food is still good but not fancy.

Wow, has this place gone downhill since I last visited three years ago. Family stopped by over Thanksgiving weekend. Salads were made with wilted lettuce. Soup was salty and only lukewarm. Used to be good - dont know if we caught a bad day or its a trend.

Fowlerville Farms has been a family favorite for many years, so many memories . Friendly service, and great food make this a must stop at place whenever we are traveling near the area. Love the fried chicken , honey butter and fresh baked bread.

Its a really great place to go if you love good homemade comfort food. My friend who went with me was constantly mumbling how great her food was. Its very reasonably priced. We both got drinks, appetizer, entree and dessert for less than $40.

Skip this place for gas. No comment on resturant, but gas pump are painfully slow. Seriously could of siphoned with a 50 foot hose quicker then their pumps. And one cashier for both the station and resturant makes paying just as painful.

I love this little country truckstop, it has such a heartland feel. I stop here sometimes on my way back and forth from Detroit. It has great homemade bread with honey butter and giant pancakes. If youre heading east or west on 96 stop on in!

This is my favorite restaurant in Fowlerville. Ive been going there most of my life. I always make a point of stopping there when I go home to visit! Always fast, friendly service and the food is cooked from scratch and delicious!

We came by at 11pm. Friendly people but service wasnt so great, good burger with great meat but poor sandwich execution. Mushrooms sucked in both quantity and quality and some of the other food was stale. I may try again later.

Decent food for a truck stop. Some frozen items some fresh items.. not the all made from scratch they would lead you to believe.. people are friendly and the price is good... worth the stop.

Received cold food (cold to the touch). Sent it back and received the same plate of food, only it was microwaved. Who microwaves over medium eggs and hashbrowns lol?

Got bought out. Staffed more by pretty young girls less by good waitresses. Prices went up. Quality seems to have gone down quite a bit. Fries tasted like fish.

Delicious food, service is always top notch. Good down home food. Cute items for purchase to remember your trip to Livingston County. Definitely a must stop!
