The Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Our office is near by and the website says this is a 24 hr location. On late nights of working with the team when I go out for a coffee run, this location is always closed. I thought it was a fluke at first, as things do happen, but I now know to go to McDonalds. Tonight was the worst experience to date. Our lead designer was a manager at Hortons for 4 years and let me know I was lied to, making me all the more mad. I walked in wanting to get donuts for the team and literally, all the donuts were practically sold out except for stale apple fritters and a hand-full of tim bits. I was the only one at the counter and I waited a Very long time before the only employee asked me if he could help me, as though I stare at empty racks of donuts at 8Pm on a Friday night for fun. I asked if I ordered a half a dozen or a dozen if they could be made fresh. The employee said that the baker doesnt come in until 11Pm, that they do Not make donuts throughout the day and that the "glazing machine is broken." I ordered 3 apple fritters and coffees with a company credit card. I asked if the payment went through and if there was a receipt. His response was, "youre all set." All in all, the employee was pleasant. However, when I got back to the office, I was informed that the "glazing machine" is a steel bucket that donuts are dipped into. I was also informed that the donuts are flash-frozen and that any point and time, the employee or employees present should be able to make donuts, not just an official "baker." I mean, this is a donut shop, right? Needless to say, we will Not be going back to this Tim Hortons. Ever. We all like Tim Hortons and like the coffee, but this location is seriously horrible.

If its 5am, the first thing said to me in the drive thru should be "GOOD MORNING"!! NOT "can I take your order". DONT get me wrong, sure you need to say that, but you should at the VERY LEAST GREET ME! I am so sick of these very RUDE and IGNORANT people at this Tim Hortons! I know how I order MY FOOD and I PAY for MY FOOD! I am NOT going to argue over terminology when IF youd JUST did as I asked, I wouldnt have had to COME BACK and then have this RUDER THAN RUDE chick (the one with the bad eye) tell me that she DID do it the way I asked and that MY FOOD is right...REALLY! Like I told her then..."I am not going to argue with you about MY FOOD THAT I PAID FOR!. I am on the road a LOT and like another reviewer said..."I will go out of my way to go somewhere else". THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE WHO APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS and will at least say please and thank you. I dont think they train them to say these VERY IMPORTANT THINGS!! THEY MATTER! Now I have to open another review for the Waterford location. This is rediculous!...Management is worse than the employees.

So this was our first time at this location and we were dissapointed... almost everything we asked for was out and the woman taking our order sounded like she absolutely hates her life, kept mistaking what we were trying to order and gave us a little attitude towards the end. Once we got to the window it was more of the same. The woman taking our order took our money and handed us our drinks (they screwed up a triple triple coffee) and sides, no food yet. I have work in food service and I am understanding but they were not busy and it took close to 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches... That was a little rediculous and when we finally got the rest of our food there were no napkins and in the 15 minutes of waiting for sandwiches the window people changed and we were almost handed additional drinks that we did not order... that was kind of frustrating. All in all they need to get their crap together.

Horrible. Went there with 10 minutes to spare this morning before work. Every Tim Horton’s Ive been to can get the entire line through and Id be happily on my way in under these 10 minutes, but not this Opdyke rd one... Took 20 minutes and I was only second in line! The young female in front of me was having a hay day, laughing with the employees through the ordering station, and while her talking took a third of the time, the rest of it was literally to give her one sandwich. I order a French Vanilla cappuccino; literally is just a click of a button and brew, a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, and a donut. At the window I still had to wait 5 mins! Just to get a completely burned bagel that also had this piece of plastic in it.. Disgusting and severly poor service.

Im sorry this place doesnt have employees, it has animals! Whether you walk in or drive thru, you are treated the same. Cant find anyone to serve you so youll have to wait and announce yourself loudly and if you are lucky someone will come out of the back, plainly ignore you, or give you the evil death stare. Aparently its a sin to make them get up and serve you a coffee. The coffee tastes awful, and dont expect e receipt. Rude , obnoxious people "work" here. Horrible service ... what am I saying?! No service at all! I wish I had read these reviews before I stopped there. If you still decide to pay them a visit after reading their one gazillion one-star-reviews, than I would say to you; you got what you deserve my friend!

Probably the most ignoramus Tim Hortons Ive ever been to in my life. I cant even count how many times I had to send the order back and each time it was wrong and it still is wrong, but I just decided to leave because I dont have time to deal with the stupid people anymore. Literally do not know how hard it is to make a coffee with a splash of hot chocolate. And a side cup of ice. They got the size wrong each time one time I got a small hot chocolate when I ordered a large coffee LOL Then they sent me a medium hot chocolate I gave up. If you have all day to deal with people who are completely clueless then by all means come here

Wake up Tim Hortons! Dont you read your reviews or send in secret shoppers. The employees are laxidasical and rude. The female manager is the worst of the lot. While the attached Wendys rocks out orders, 3 people in line in front of me pulled out because the line wasnt moving. For 4 sandwiches and a coffe, it was 20 minutes. I have sent emails regarding this location and received no response. There is a Hortons right up the road, and they will receive all of my future business. Oh yah, 60% of the time the coffe is nasty!

I love Tim Hortons, I hate this location. 9/10 times I either wait 15 min for a coffee, my coffee is luke warm, or my coffee order is completely wrong. I order the same thing everytime (Large single single with 2 shots of expresso), and getting a warm black coffee this morning finally got to me. Im never going to this Tim Hortons again. They were getting a lot of business from me since its on the way to my work and school, but not anymore. Save your money and time and dont even bother going to this location.
