I normally never have any issues with this Tim Hortons. The morning staff is great and prompt, the manager busts his butt to provide great service to every customer. But today I stopped in for lunch, went through the drive through. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit and two donuts. They were out of egg, but I didnt even ask for egg. Then I had to repeat what donuts I wanted. Then she checked to see if all the ingredients for my sandwich were there, they were out of sausage too. So I changed it to their new Tuscan Chicken Panini. Had to repeat my donut choices two more times. Pulled closer to the paying window, waited and waiting. Then I got there, waited and waited some more. Staff had zero customer service. Finally left after what seemed like 10 minutes in the drive through. Sandwich I didnt even end up eating, smushed in the bag, didnt even taste really good. All I ate was my two donuts and I was starving...just disappointing to a location that is always normally great! Hense the 3 stars still given for the great manager and morning staff. But they might need to take a look at the afternoon staff.

Just stared going to this location because my regular spot Huron & telegraph was just getting to be too much of a hassle anyways they always make my iced Capp with love and almost always have my ingredients to make my turkey sausage egg & cheese on a biscuit but my last visit i was rudely served by this lady named patti, she was rude she repeated my order back like she had an attitude, when I ordered my donut she says " we dont even have those were always running out" (there were 4 Canadian maples) then a African American fella came out from in the back of the store he had to be a manager because he smiled asked me how my day was and made sure the rest of my visit was pleasant. Patties whole personality changed when this guy came out. She smiled and complimented my hair lol, anyways patty, be nice not fake and manager guy, keep up the good customer service, the four stars are for you alone...(and the donuts & iced Capp YUM
