HAVE YOU EVER BEEN THROWN OUT OF A TIM HORTONS? ME NEITHER, TILL TODAY. I do hate to trash a small business, but you can tell this is a independent franchise. I called the number listed on Google for this store because I was near it and wanted to know if the had Cream of Potato Bacon soup today. When they answered, they did not say "Tim Hortons." I asked, "is this Tim Hortons?" The girl (Shannon) said theyre really busy, can you call back in 15 minutes. I said, "Im sorry, but Ill be past the place in two minutes and..." She cut me off and said "well then youll have to hold, Im getting back to my line." Irritated by my treatment, I stopped in. When I walked in, there were 4 girls huddled around the carryout window, 2 cars, one male employee at the counter, with one customer who was handed coffee as I walked up and he was done before I got to the counter, and another employee in the back (baking, I assume) I asked for the manager (Kaytlyn, I believe), and when she came to the counter, I asked if I could speak to her privately (I didnt want to make a scene in front of her staff or other customers). She came around the back to talk to me and when she arrived I asked her, "do you have Cream of Potato Bacon soup today?" She said "no." I said, "that question and answer took less than 3 seconds, and thats all I called for. And Sharron..." The manager cut me off, started throwing her hands up and said "whoa, her name is Shannon, and she doesnt know the answer to your question." I said, "how could she know the answer to my question when I never asked a question? You have 6 employees and 3 customers, how can you be too busy?" She said "well, Shannon works for the gas station and we share a phone." I said, "All I did was call the Tim Hortons number on the web. Nobody told me its not your phone; how am I supposed to know that?" She said, "I did answer the phone, and no one was there." I told her "I said I was 2 minutes away. I hung up when I got in your parking lot. You know, Ive run several corporate stores (true, various Dominos & Pizza Hut), and when a customer came to me with a complaint, the first words out of my mouth were Im very sorry." She said "well (I think her favorite word is "well"0, you came in yelling at me." I said, Im loud, but Im not even close to yelling." She said, "well she (pointing at Shannon 20 feet away) heard you. Shannon adds, "I can here you right now." I said "Im not yelling now, and she can hear me now, it doesnt mean anything that she can hear me." By this time another off-duty employee, an older gentlemen, came over to try and calm us both down. Finally, the manager stands with her hands on her hip and parrots me as smug as can be, "well, Im very sorry." Thats when I turned away from her and towards the exit and said, "F_ _ _ off." This sent her through the roof. She started yelling about "Im a person" and telling me to get out of her store. The off-duty employee stopped me mid "Suck...." He was right, I was wrong, so I stopped and walked out with him. Thats the whole story and Im not proud for where I let her push me, but I have never been irritated enough to write a negative review, much less one this verbose. BAD SERVICE. BAD MANAGER. And although I agree she is a person; she makes me feel like she is a BAD PERSON. Maybe Im wrong. Maybe she had a really bad day. Maybe the place was packed 30 seconds before I got there. Maybe I overreacted, none of that justifies how she treated me, and thats why I wrote this review. I wont be returning to this Tim Hortons. Which is sad.

Ok please forgive my grammar. I freqently visit this Tim hortons, but will never again. I came here last week and got my usual coffee for me and donuts for the kids. My son loves the chocolate iced cream filled. I got home and my son asked me why his donut contained no cream. I looked and noticed that they inserted the nozzle and barely put any into this donut. I thought maybe something happened and it was a mistake so I got him another one out of the box. Unfortunately it was the same thing. I thought positive again and then opened up every donut that was conceiled. Each one! The Boston cream, strawberry filled and vinilla filled were empty except for a tiny bit that a customer could see. I came back to the store the day after and explained my situation and the baker girl says "we insert the exact amount that the machine is supposed to. I laughed and showed her the picture I took and she said well thats how were supposed to do them. Never will I again buy anything from here ever again!!!

I am very disappointed every time I drive through your stores drive through. I request a sleeve on my cup when I order. When I get to the window Im handed a cup without a sleeve. I once again request a sleeve and the attitude I get is horrendous. I will no longer stop at your store. Seriously how much inconvenience is it to slide a sleeve on the cup before you hand it to the customer? Your cups are not insulated enough to not feel the heat from the hot coffee. You wouldnt offer sleeves if they were. Ive purchased the cloth ones, but sometimes take it into work and forget it there. PLEASE train your staff to be a little kinder!

Nearly Everytime I stop here my order is wrong or the store doesnt have what I want. The final straw was I ordered my food, got the wrong drink order as well as several missing items from the order to which we did not catch until getting back on the freeway. It was an inconvenience to get them to fix the drink order when we were still at the window based on the girls terrible attitude. Between that and missing several items out of my order, I will not return here. I like Tim Hortons.. just not this one.

I usually have a good time there but today I did not have great service. I ordered an Ice Capp Supreme 2 Boston cream donuts and a combo meal that comes with a choice of hash brown or donut. I had said that I wanted a hash brown but when I got to the window they said the hash brown was extra. Also, they had the Ice Capp Supreme as the coffee in the combo meal.

I work very close and like tim hortons i USED to stop here every morning. I stopped going so often, a few months ago i recieved plastic in my cinnamon roll. Less than a month ago i had a hair in my cappuccino!!! And this morning i ordered a blueberry muffin that was stale. Guess i wont be going at all :( :(

Dining room closed every morning due to nothe enough staff. I have gotten donuts with blond hair in the glazing. Plan on spending at least 15 min here each trip if theres no line. if theres a line, go somewhere else
