Very friendly and genuine barista! Biggby is my obsession, and I know where every biggby exists in Michigan. Ill find it and drink it no matter what, but its always refreshing to have the staff actually enjoying their job. This biggby is definitely set a part from the norm. I also got really good BOGO coupons for the location, and I know Ill be back to use them soon. Operation caffeination = success! Thx guys, you are doing a great job!!

Friendly staff, good beverages. The atmosphere is ok. However, it would be so much better if the radio and especially the blender were not so loud. The noise made it almost impossible to hear other people at our table. Yes, I would go back again. They deserve a 2nd chance. Hopefully next time the sound level will not be a problem.

Slowest. Biggby. Ever. Ill be driving the extra mile to Starbucks next time. Only one car in front of me at the drive thru and no customers inside. Took 11 minutes to get a Latte
