If I could give this store no stars I would but that isnt an option. The management here is completely unprofessional. The employees were completely unprofessional, I had to wait on my burnt coffee along with hearing the employees personal business ( sex lives, weekend, and masturbation). There were BUGS yes bugs and crumbs all over the store. Half the time the inside is closed and it say because they are short staffed but I believe they are ashamed of how the inside looks like. I will never partake in another coffee, water, bathroom break in the restaurant again.

Well i went there. Ordered a small triple triple with shot of strawberry.. and a small frozen hot chocolate.. Guy hands me my frozen hot chocolate and i notice " red strawberry shot " on the side of my cup. And he confirmed it was strawberry shot. He comes back 5 seconds later and tells me its blood he cut his self and it was all over my cup.. so yea.. horrible experience. I didnt report to supervisor cause i felt bad for the guy . But point is. You should always double check anything before you ingest

The girl in the drive thru was so rude and had such a horrible mouth. She called the customer before some really horrible names not knowing her headset was still on and my children heard her. She used more then a handful of profanity! Extremely disappointed then she got upset with me because I cancelled my order. SHE NEEDS TO STAY AT HOME WITH THAT AWFUL SEVICE AND HOERIBLE MOUTH!

I go through the drive thru on my way to work in hopes I can get my breakfast and to work and have enough time to actually eat it without a rush. Well not only did they get my order wrong, but when I went inside for them to correct my order, they got it wrong too! I will never go to this location again. I can understand making a mistake, but its a constant thing at this location!

The worst tim Horton ever always after 11 p.m their coffee always not hot enough always cold and I cant go back and return back to them because wasting time. I work as driver at airport Hotle and I dont have time to return it. And the stuff there are so sleepy and I have to retelling them my order over 5 times till they know what I want. I dont recommend it at all

Horrible rude service. Employee has an obvious chip, race issue ? maybe. Regardless he needs to leave it at home and treat all customers with courtesy. I asked him to fill a 32oz thermos and to rinse it out first. He said he wasnt allowed to do that? WHAT? Then he gave me stale coffee. So I got stale coffee and a lot of attitude for $4.02.

They have the most unenthusiastic, dry, miserable employees ever. Or maybe thats just their midnight shift. I get off work late at night and have stopped by a good 5 or 6 times each time rung up by a different very unhappy man/woman. Sometimes not even to get a have a good night. Poor customer service

My coffee tasted like perfume yuck I think people that are in customer service need to refrain from using perfume because some people are not allowed to breathe in chemicals that are harmful to you ...i will be avoiding this location

The Service here was horrible. The staff in back was talking about there sex life. It was so unprofessional. And they messed up my coffee. I should have called corporate in this location. One of the worst Tims around.

The food and drinks are usually pretty good, but the wait to get it is longer than a normal Tim Hortons. Plus, it usually seems like the drive-thru order takers are doing things for the first time.

I usually go in the Morning & Its Super Busy But the Service is Surprisingly Fast!Everything is always hot&fresh.I get the Egg,Sausage&Cheese Crossiant or Biscuit(its so good) and also a Coffee.

Its always something so I just stopped going there. Its near the airport and I swear every fast food joint near the airport is careless and nasty, etc. I go to the one on telegraph now.
