New to the area and wanted to order pizza...my niece warned me of ordering delivery from this location! Placed order online at 5:12pm delivery time was scheduled for 6:11 p.m.....we did not get our food until 7:38 p.m. it was cold and unappealing! When I contacted the location after placing an online complaint and getting no response I was told to wait for coupons in the mail...contacted them after a week passed and no coupons and was told that a manager would call me back (never received a call) this happened twice...now after more than two weeks I call and was told that because it has been so long they can only provide me with a 10$ credit (less than half of what I paid)and that a regional manager would call me back! Very disappointed!

Ive lived and grown up in South Dekalb county and by far have only gone to this pizza hut due to its convenience (3 blocks away from home) prior to the last 4 months the customer service was foul, rude, nasty attitude; however Within the last four months I have to say when weve gone into Pizza hut the experience has been pleasant. I no longer see a lot of the employees that were there before so I guess thats why. I dont know her name ( I think she maybe a manager) she has Super long dreads she is awsome very nice and courteous. Good job Pizza hut on getting rid of the people that gave this place a bad rep

Bad service. Placed my order at 2:57 told me it would be here in 30 mins. I had to call to see where my food was at first they couldnt find it took then 10 mins to located my order telling me its not in the system then the manager gets on the phone saying she is on her way. My order doesnt arrive til almost an hr later. The chick who delivers it is running her mouth on the phone while handing me my food...smh never again. Horrible thats not good customer service whatsoever!

It is usually 50/50 here...but I have to say JASMINE ( I think that is how she spells it) did an AWESOME job with my pizza and wings today. It is usually so so but today I had to call and get her name b/c she really did a great job. It was not dry (all sauce and no cheese) and the wings were not hard. She really made my day today b/c I was hungry. From now on I might call in to see if shes there before placing my order. Pizza Hut needs more associates like her.

Called because I was craving a large supreme pizza without mushrooms due to food allergies. Employee flat out told me not to order anything from there because they can accidentally put mushrooms on my pizza. Told me all their ingredients are next to each other and they cant control if mushrooms accidentally ended up on my pizza. Basically told me they were incompetent and couldnt make a pizza without mushrooms. Horrible.

Ordered pizzas, dude forgets my drinks...tells me he will be right back and never came back. Came to the drive thru and employee came to the drive thru playing around then told Me drive thru was out of order and closed it and walked away. Pizza seems to never be done when scheduled even after giving an extra 15-20 minutes before pickup. I just ho to little ceasars and papa Johns now. Been burned too many times here.

Call this pizza Hut and they took my friends order.it was suppose to be 2.6 miles from My house. This pizza Hut had closed down but the number is rerouted to another pizza Hut in another county 9 miles away. When I arrived at this place no order was found had to reorder. Did not understand why no order was there. Was not happy about the company using the closed pizza Hut number to get customers to come so far away

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible..Just received it 20 Minutes ago Order-Pepperoni Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, 2 Orders of Bread sticks w/ Mariana Sauce and Chocolate Chip Cookie Price-25. something plus a $5 tip ( a tip I wish I can get back) *No Marinara Sauce *Cookie was not warm *Buffalo Chicken seems like it didnt have any buffalo sauce on it *Bread sticks was as hard as a cardboard box Overall horrible food

TERRIBLE customer service, when my food eventually arrived, it was cold unappealing. The employees working are slow and uninterested in being there and I wish someone would teach them about phone etiquette. Had to call 3 weeks in a row for a refund for a pizza that never arrived and when I finally did get to someone, they told me it processed to the wrong customer smh. They need to be shut down

Except for the 24 uncooked wings, this pizza hut was clean and friendly.. I was wondering how my wings were ready before the pizza. But ok. The kids and get home and in to the first bite the wing was pink on the bone. So we pulled at the rest and all 24 we red and pink. I have had pizza there before this is my first set of wings.. IM NOT HAPPY..

Dont hesitate to call the corporate office, how this location is even in operation is a mystery! There are no menu selections to be viewed by customers around the counter or cashier, the employees are unprofessional, long wait times even for call-in orders and no managers present when requested. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

I eat here maybe 4 times a month and I have not been disappointed. Their service with me has always been professional and polite. I order a personal pan, and they have my number programmed so they always know what I want. Its ready when I get there and its nice and hot. No complaints here.

So I ordered a pizza yesterday and after reading all the negative reviews I wasnt expecting to get it in an hour. Surprisingly it got here only five minutes late and I wasnt cold. I took off one star because it came five minutes late, but seriously its not bad at all :)

This Pizza Hut is awful. Ellenwood hasnt had a Pizza Hut for a year now, and this Pizza Hut location was suppose to take over for the Ellenwood area. The farthest they can drive is 5 miles. Being only 3 miles away, they refuse to deliver. Awful customer service.

Very poor customer service.. Ordered online and my pizza still wasnt made correct. Went inside to have it remade took them 30 mins.. Not my first time having issues with this location. They need to train their employees and management better. Ridiculous service.

Food was standard Pizza Hut quality. ...the service however, was sad to the point of being depressing. With the exception of the lady at the front counter, everybody else acted like they HATED working there. This isnt even close to the Pizza Hut I used to love.

They have the worst customer service at this location. Not when you are ordering, but after they have delivered late or made you wait 30 min longer than quoted for a pick up. If you order here, just be prepared to wait double the amount of time for your food.

The customer service is horrible! I ordered two medium pizzas i was so hungry and busy that i decided to order pizza. When i got home the pizza was poorly cooked there was dough in the middle i have never had this problem before i was so disappointed
