I only gave a star to post. It should be 5 negative stars. We always order out from here. Mainly, delivery pizza. This Delivery was swift. However my wings were dangerously under cooked! Boarder line salmonella hazardous! I called to tell them about this despite waiting on hold for over 5 mins for a manager. I explain to Manager Holly that the inner skin and the meat was severely under cooked. The skin was white and raw. She persist to tell me they roast them in the morning then drops them in the fryer upon order. She offers to have them picked up and re cooked. Who does that?!!!!! How unprofessional is that?! Totally dissatisfied with the way she handled the situation. I put them in my own oven to finish cooking. Thanks for hhavig my families food consumption safety handled this way. Sincerely No longer a customer.

I WILL GIVE THIS PIZZA HUT NO STARS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PIZZA HUT EVER. I PLACED A ORDER ONLINE FOR CARRYOUT AND AT FIRST GLACE MY PIZZZA LOOKED FINE, BUT AS SOON AS WE TOOK ONE BITE WE SPIT IT OUT OUR PIZZA DIDNT HAVE ANY SAUCE. WHO WOULD ORDER A PIZZA WITH NO SAUCE? SO MY HUSBAND CALLED THE STORE AND THEY SAID THAT WOULDNT TAKE THE ORDER BACK, AND THAT I ORDERED A EXTRA CHEESE PIZZA AND THAT WAS NOT RIGHT, BUT STILL WHERE IS THE SAUCE? I GIVE THE LOCATION AN "F" FOR NOT EVEN TRYING TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE, AND FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. THEY EVEN HAVE A BAD SMELL IN THERE IT SMELLS LIKE OLD MOP (WATER LIKE FROM SCHOOL) JUST A MESS CLEAN UP YOUR STORE AND LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Awful in every way! Pizza hut buffets are never great but this was disgusting in all. Stopped here for a quick lunch while traveling, pizza was all cold and been sitting out a long time. Had to wait over 15 mins for new pizza to come out and they only brought out thick crust pizzas, no thin as we like and asked for, until right before we left. No gluten free pizza options as many Pizza Huts have these days.Poor service, didnt bring our waters until 15 mins later, after a couple of us had already finished. Then didnt give us straws. Salad was very brown and wilted. Bathroom was very dirty. Very poor experience.

To begin with, the place didnt smell like mop water. It smelled like mmm mmm yummy pizza. The staff was very, very nice. The food was impeccable. The building boasted its two consecutive awards, and they deserved them. The only thing I was not impressed by was the red splatter in the corner of the bathroom floor. Until, of course, I realized that the splatter was directly beneath the hand soap, and was indeed not human rectal blood.

Bad customer service. Went with 6 friends one of them is allergic to the bread and had to get other food from other restaurant. The guy was mad that 1 out of 6 had food from outside and asked us to leave as soon as we paid $60. Never had this experience ever. He was shouting and told us all to leave as one person was allergic and couldnt eat there. Terrible human being.

Ordered my pizza online and was told 1 hour delivery. Well after over an hour I finally called the store and was made aware of a 2 and a half hour delivery time. I will not be using pizza hut any longer and will be filing a complaint with corporate office.

No A/C ! "Been out a month." Only 1 staff person working front. Ordered 3 personal pan pizzas, only got 2. Lost an hour waiting for food. Not normal for a Pizza Hut...hope something drastic changes with this location before they lose the reputation.

Lunch for busy family of 4, great for parents wallets. The food was excellent today. I would sugguest 2 servers. The only server was a trooper & always kept a smile through the mad house of people coming in. Good for you sweetie!
