So we called the #99Restaurant located in Nashua NH at 8:31pm tonight (06/13/17) to let them know we had a party of 10 people, and would be arriving in about 10-15 minutes... The host who answered, confirmed there was no line or wait at the present time. So, we all leave the house and make a quick pitstop at Market Basket before heading down the road to the restaurant, arriving aproximately 15 minutes after the initial telephone call. We check in upon arrival, with no one waiting, we are told its going to be five or six minutes to get the table ready. After 10 minutes of waiting, the restaurant manager, who happens to be standing at the host station, was asked what is taking so long to set up the table? The manager very rudely responds with: "you didnt call until you got into the parking lot outside" and proceeds to quickly walk away. Mind you, this is now 25 minutes AFTER the initial call... Its only at that point that they begin to set up a table for our group. Of course, only after waiting several more minutes we finally get seated. It doesnt end there...in short, not all of the orders were correct, and the food really sucked, but thats irrelevant in comparison to how the restaurant manager treated us shortly after arriving. And finally, to add insult to injury, we asked to speak with the manager at the end of dinner to express dismay with how he handled being questioned earlier. The manager again proceeded to get very defensive, changed his story at least twice and then accused us of verbally assaulting him when we arrived. Not so sure f I will ever return to that #99Restaurant location after the poor treatment we received from the MOD.

My husband and I visit the 99 often and have always been happy with the service and quality of food. We went and I ordered a salad and requested no bleu cheese - when I got the salad, I was very surprised to find bleu cheese. When I told the server that I had requested no bleu cheese, she responded with "well are you allergic?" I said no, but I ordered the salad without bleu cheese. When the bill came, the salad was on the bill. I had asked to speak to a manager. The manager came over and told me that all of their salads are pre-made, a few at 11am for the lunch guests and a few more made at 4pm for the dinner guests. We were at the restaurant at 8:30pm...so this salad was sitting since at least 4pm. The manager stated that there are to many items on some salads to make a fresh salad for each customer that orders one. The Manager was sort of rude and made me feel like It was more my fault then thiers that there was bleu cheese on the salad, all in all i was disapointed in my visit and wont be ordering salads there again.

They had some sort of problem in the kitchen before my arrival, which caused my waiter to be quite rude. The, upon ordering my meal, I asked to swap the desert for extra potato, at which point he again rude and told me they dont do that. I explained that I frequent a few different 99 Restaurants and they all do that. When I ordered my root beer, he again was rude and made it sound like the broken soda machine was my fault. When my meal finally arrived, there was no extra potato, my bottled root beer was empty. I asked him for another, which took at least 15 minutes to get! A waitress actually brought my food and I told her I was supposed to get extra potato and she said Ill be back. After 10 minutes, they finally arrived. There is more, but I wont go on. At best the service was terrible. Never again. Plus he was supposed to offer something or other, or you get a free entree meal. He didnt mention that, and I didnt either, just to save an argument.

Called to place a pick up order, the girl on the phone was nice enough. Obviously training because someone was on a secondary phone talking over her, which I found rude. I ordered a couple meals as well as a kids meal and was asked if I wanted a drink with it, I politely declined and the woman in the background urged the trainee to inform me its included with the kids meal. Well fine, if its included. I arrive a few minutes early and have to wait, to be expected at dinner time on a Saturday. As Im sitting there waiting, the staff(management included) was complaining about the fact that they have not received any carry out tips for the night.(hmmm, I wonder why?)I get my food a few minutes later and was told everything is in the bag, I get home to realize I have no drink and that I was charged for it. I wont cry over $1.50 but if youre training, train correctly. Front of the house staff was friendly but very unprofessional.

This 99 restaurant is consistently bad mostly due to poor management. The wait staff is pleasant and works hard, however, if you deal with management, customer service is non-existent. Management does not respond well to legitimate complaints and actually comes off as condescending even when it is obvious the manager is not knowledgeable about the products in his own restaurant. Dont order drinks here. They are often made incorrectly, probably due to bad management, and the bar tends not to put the proper amount of liquor in the first drinks hoping you will order more. The food is sub par (high sodium, calories, and of low quality), mix that with bad service and you will have a bad night! Go somewhere worth the money where you will be treated as a valued customer. (Im sure there are other managers, but each time I went for dinner, the guy with the beard was on the clock...never again.)

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here today. Until now, everything was tasty AND good looking. Today I ordered the grilled chicken breasts with broccoli and carrots. The chicken breasts were HALF the size they used to be. It was one breast cut into two. The broccoli and the carrots were on the same plate (no separate small bowls like usually). I even found corn in it. It looked like someone sent it back and they gave it to me. It was thrown together and looked disgusting. Very unfortunate experience. Never going back here again... :(

Almost turned around at the door the dank basement smell is awful. The restaurant is practically empty and everything took forever. The burgers were over cooked, the fish and chips had so little fish in it you couldnt find it in most bites. Wait staff is friendly, but in no hurry to get anything done. Its almost 4pm, no one is here and the ketchup bottles are empty the salt grinders are nearly empty...Id be ticked if I had to work the dinner rush! Skip this 99 and head up to Londonderry, they never disappoint.

Would give less stars if possible. Requested to try a food item, because Ive never tried it before, and was told it was too expensive to sample. Also, once I ordered asked for mashed potatoes as my side, and the waitress Carol, informed me they dont have mashed potatoes today (sunday) and said she already told me that, maybe I didnt hear because I was askimg about sampling a menu item. wow, steer as far away from this place as you can!!!!
