THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! I had the spare ribs and my boyfriend ordered general tsos chicken, I guess "tsos" means dry asf. And my ribs were mostly fat, as well as switched the pork fried rice too shrimp fried..not only was it two dollars more,it literally had NO FLAVOR and the shrimp still had the poop inside. Extra money for what tasted like probably paper towels. They took 50 minutes to deliver to us four miles down the road. And their portions are smaller yet expensive.DONT GO HERE.i would give it zero stars.PLEASEEEE IF YOUR AROUND THE COVENTRY WILLIMANTIC MANSFIELD AREA, go to PANDA GARDEN IN COVENTRY. Best Chinese food never disappoints and the people there are extremely friendly. Phoenix is prolly just knock off Chinese cause Im pretty sure I got cardboard delivered to my house lastnight

I dont know if I am the only one but the first time I tried this place it took OVER 2 hours to get my food. When I politely asked to get a discount for my excessive wait and high price for my order the lady hung up on me. I am not pleased at all with the service of this restaurant. Upon receiving my food it was cold and not properly prepared and also made me feel sick. To say the least I will not be ordering from here again.

They have the audacity to hang up on me several times after getting my order of food wrong. I ordered pork fried rice with chicken, and asked for no vegetables, but it ended up being a very few pieces of chicken in a chicken based dish with nearly half the plate being covered in onions and other vegetables. They dont respect the customer, and have terrible customer service. Flawed business ethics
