The food here was excellent. Restaurant area clean and staff extremely nice. Real Thai food. Appetizer, moneybags was good. My crispy duck was crispy and fantastic. My pad See Ew was good too. The Thai iced tea was awesome. I had two. Looking from the outside, I would never had gone in but the food was great. I usually eat downtown Newburyport when I am in the area but the food here is better. Recent renovations and improvements have been made and they did a good job.

Definitely Check this place out!!! The food is absolutely wonderful, prices are really good, and the restaurant is super clean! They have been open about a year. It is a small little place in a strange location and easy to miss and just drive past, but the food quality is worth seeking it out!

We just moved to the area and are so happy that this place exists. Great authentic Thai cuisine and incredibly friendly staff. The curries are good (they come mild by default but you can request more spice). Also really like the green papaya salad... and the money bags are worthy of poetry.

Chamathai offers an excellent Thai food experience. The ingredients are fresh and well prepared. The service is friendly and prompt. My special accommodation we met. The price is a bargain. I highly recommend you visit Chamathai. Eat-in, take or delivery. They make the grade.

Best Thai around, hands down. Kitchen is run by one Thai woman and everything made from scratch. Weve been to Thailand and this is the best, authentic Thai food weve had. I would recommend ordering takeout, as dining room does not have liquor license.

Food was great, everything was fresh tasting and the portions were ample (much more than the local competitor Thai restaurant). Its a small place, easy to miss driving by, but worth seeking out!
