Overall, pretty disappointed in Strafford house of pizza. I order delivery a couple weeks back and talked to an employee who didnt seem to know much about his own job. After asking him a few simple questions which he had to go ask someone else each time, he seemed very eggar to get me off the phone. I shrugged off this incident and assumed he was just having a bad night. I called to order dinner again tonight and asked for two RARE cheeseburgers, I typically get mid rare to medium but took into account it would keep cooking on the delivery. I was very disappointed to find that both the burgers were complete cooked through. I can understand being a little over, but to get well done after ordering rare just shows the reflection of care and thought that goes into making other customers food orders. Or at least advertise that the only temps your cooks are capable of are well done or raw Thanks anyway Strafford, I think Ill just stick with Kendall Pond exclusively now.

I am disgusted by this company! I ordered from them for my birthday back in November 2012 and found a mangled SCREW baked into my pizza! I called them and the manager did literally nothing- she said "Sorry I cant do anything for you" and hung up on me! I vowed never to order from them again, but a few weeks ago my fiance mistakenly ordered from them again and I found ANOTHER metal screw in my pizza!! I called them again and the manager wanted to send me a gift card in the mail. He also had no knowledge of my previous experience but did know of one other similar case involving metal in their food!! These people are ignoring this problem and I am outraged!! Also, I have only ordered from them twice in the past two months and found metal in my food both times- what is the likelihood that its happened many MANY times and gone unreported?!?! I cant believe these people are still open.

Dont let the name fool you! Their pizza (in my opinion) is mediocre at best. I am a fan of Italian-style pizza, so please take my comment with a grain of salt. I recently shared a pie with my Dad (loves Greek Pizza) and he thought it was incredible. All that being said, their subs are to die for, especially the cheese-steak and chicken-parm. Salads are amazing, and so are the burgers. Dont hesitate to order from this place. Their drivers are always prompt and courteous, and the quality is consistently above average.

I ordered from Strafford House of Pizza a couple weeks ago, my ordered was delivered and buffalo chicken tenders were cold and terrible and the fries were cold. Tonight, I ordered a sub and a pizza, the pizza was extremely undercooked. I loved eating here a few years ago but it is now absolutely terrible! I do not recommend anyone eating here.

Dont expect a smile? These folks are very busy most of the time,and they stand in front of a hot oven all day! I will show you a smile....every time I eat one of those pizzas. If you are looking to make friends go to a night club, if you want the best and just so happens the best pizza in dover go to the Strafford House

I have been ordering here for many years. Strafford Houses food is absolutely delicious, very reasonably priced, and (barring unforeseen difficulties) is delivered incredibly promptly. The staff is friendly and professional, the seating is clean and comfortable, and they offer a great selection of soft drinks.

This people are very sweet and very good at there job, its more like a local family business to me. they very great nice people. With varity of food i never tried there "subs" yet but reading some reviews i think i may someday. I usually love there chicken/fires Spaghetti and meatballs and pizza

Prices are good, big servings & service is quick. Dont let the old greek guy behind the counter scare you, hes just oldschool. This place is great anytime, very consistent on quality of food. Delivery is quicker than other pizza places around here. Dont forget to tip the driver! ;)

Just had the best Italian sub: fresh veggies, good quality meat, cheese, and hearty bread. Always good pizza, steak subs, and onion rings too. Love it!!! And its right near our place!
