Fractured But Whole
This place is terrible. Do yourself a favor and order from the Chipotle in Peabody, its worth the extra driving. I always have problems with this particular location, but my last order was ridiculous: They never have pickup orders ready, so when I showed up 5 minutes after my pickup time to get my food I was not surprised to hear they had not started my order. The store had 2 customers sitting and it wasnt a busy time. What was surprising was that they didnt have steak, which was what both orders were filled with...The cashier just smiled and asked if Id like anything else, not even an apology. Contrast this with the employees at the North Shore Mall Chipotle, where they run out the door if you forget to grab one of your bags. The choice is clear. If you want/need Chipotle, head to Peabody, but honestly I would prefer eating pinecones and doing math worksheets over dining at the Chipotle in Beverly. 2/10 they have been diving for rock bottom and they are now getting close.

Because I am on a tight work schedule everytime I try to call in A order ahead of time but its always a No because theyre too crowded Im sorry how do you please customer if you cant be convenient and then I went there there was no parking at all so I parked on the side this lady comes out I think her name is Ashley it starts yelling at people and then I found out she is guest services well let me tell ya Ashley to treat a guest. and there was another time I went there was a whole bunch of college girls behind me and a college boys behind them well I think its a little sexist to get the college girls coupons but not me a mother of two and the boys behind them coupon. Wonderful service

Im an avid fast food person to say the least. And I love Mexican food. That being said, I have been to many chapoti is in the North Shore. The 1 in Beverly is the cleanest In the fastest in the best-quality food Ive ever had .I think the key ingredient is the freshness behind everything and they do a Great job Keeping the food hot and fresh

Overall consistent with other branches. On 4 occasions weve been told various key ingredients had run out earlier in the day and were not available (lettuce, guac, chicken, beans). Call ahead to confirm what you are looking is still available. Staff is friendly but turns over employees frequently.

The staff is super polite and accommodating at this location. Ive been for lunch and for dinner and I find that they have difficulty keeping up with cleaning tables in the evening, but they excel at providing great service on the line at all hours.

Standard strip mall Chipotle. Lots of parking if you pull around to the back. Giving it three stars because they ran out of barbacoa during a relatively unimpressive lunch hour and I had to wait a good fifteen minutes for another pan to be ready.

I love Chipotle but not from here. Very amateur service, disappoited.. edited: 2nd visit - see significant improve but there is still room to develop to be on par with "city" Chipotle. Food Portion is still small in my opinion.

Basically you are a number here. Not even sure what they put in your wraps. All processed foods. Not fresh. Recently had norovirus epidemic in Massachusetts. Dont think Ill ever be going back.
