One of very bad experiences ever had in Mass ! Ruined my Bday dinner with my family . Dont know if we should enter this restaurant before 30 mins of closure ! We entered the restaurant with our baby and asked for a high chair , the attendant gave us the table and went away without bothering to give us the high chair. She was seen laughing at us even though we were standing in the assigned place waiting for the high chair. After 4-5 mins , asked another serving person for a high chair and they gave us the high chair. Food was terrible , the bread which they served was too hard and hardly any one can chew it ! We asked for the server to give us couple of minutes as this is our first visit to the restaurant , and the waiter came only after 13-15 mins. We ordered a chicken taco which was a deal for 3$ each , which was served cold with little or no stuffing on the top . Soup was Ok comparitive to all Onion Rings - it was like they gave us all the onion rings left over from the kitchen (Not even one proper onion ring - Dont know if that is their style ) SPAGHETTI SQUASH BOLOGNESE - At-least served hot , it was full of baby spinach and Kale which did not taste good either. Wont recommend this restaurant to any one !

Average food, above average presentation. They say you eat with your eyes first. First impression is a good one. Unfortunately, you do have to put food to your lips. We found the food to be simply average. We started with Thai Lettuce Wraps. They were thrown on a plate and was more like a salad than anything. The only thing Thai about them were some peanuts sprinkled on the top. Didnt care for the dressing, certainly not a peanut sauce based dressing like youd expect. My wife had the spaghetti squash and bolognaise sauce. She was glad she added chicken or else, in her words "it would have been a pile of mush". I had the Mona Lisa salad. The chicken was too crispy and unseasoned. The mozzarella was little balls, and the few strawberries meant it was hard to get a good forkful that contained all items. Service was great and the bread/oil was the best part about the visit. A cool modern place to get drinks after work but nothing that excites me to draw me back for lunch/dinner.

Interesting. As soon as we sat down a man at a table next to us passed out, fell onto floor, knocked his plate with him. Waiter helped him up and reset his place, then another waiter checked on him shortly later and he said hes ok. First time he said "I am a physician" and said he was ok. He said he had kept clearing his throat prior to falling. We were so close to them that we never heard him clearing his throat. We just saw him pass out. When this man went to the bathroom, his wife turned to us and said he has done this before. She stopped talking to us as soon as he got back to the table. The man said nothing, his two children said nothing. His wife didnt gasp or move when he fainted and fell. I truely feel a "Manager" should have come to handle this situation. The wife said no to a rescue service being called. From our tables view point he looked like a very big, stern man with a family afraid of him, unless they are used to him passing out. Very disturbing no matter what.

I love the Moes chain generally. Good food, fast no frills service, custom made burritos. Unfortunately this branch is a little frugal on the serving sizes compared to Moes in nearby Shrewsbury. At the Westborough branch you have to repeatedly prompt the staff preparing you meal to give a bit more this or that when the are constructing the meal on the other side of the partition. When you order say chicken you will a minimal amount at the Westborough branch while at the Shrewsbury branch you get a much more sizable allotment of "protein". The beverage vending machine is frequently left missing flavors of beverage so you cant always get what you want as a beverage. Ingredients are fresh and well seasoned. The dining are is large and well maintained. I prefer the Bellingham or Shrewsbury Moes branch.

I love going here, in face my fiance and I are regulars. The food is great for the price/type of restaurant, but what really brings us back is the service. Always friendly, the waiters and waitresses really make you feel like theyre happy to have you there. The service is usually really prompt, the only time it starts to slow down a bit is when the restaurant is completely packed, but even then its still only average service, never below that. Not to mention if you need something, you can usually mention it to another waiter or waitress and theyll grab it for you! All in all, a great place to eat.

Yes it is your average joes.. Service was so slow they were dilly dallying in the kitchen. Food unseasoned. I tried their new steak sirloin wedge salad and it was not a wedge and steak was not seasoned at all for 19 bucks. Callamari was sliced too thick making it very chewy. Waiter rudely commented "it couldnt have been that bad since u guys ate most of it" Really? R u kidding me? We were starving for the fact we had to wait over 40 minues for food no not to mention the place was slow. I liked the medford and newburyport locatons they r on the ball there

The food is just.......... average. They changed the bread to, its more gooey now. The servers are usually REALLY NICE AND friendly. Especially marco as phyllis. Jonathan c was our server. He wasnt the best, i can tell you that. He was way friendlier to other tables than he was to me and my family. I just changed my review to 2 stars. The new menu is good. I just think NYAJ food is a little overpriced. And usually the service offsets the prices. But wet got not the kindest service this time, so it really made for an aggravating experience. .....

Dined here 3-22-2014...Saturday night Wait quoted was 20 minutes. Wait was just about 20 minutes. Loud at first, then quieted down. Fresh bread with oil, hots, and Parmesan cheese brought to the table. Bread was FRESH! Service by Erica - Very good. Attentive without being overly attentive. Thai Chicken Lettuce wraps - OUTSTANDING - exact amount proportionately of ingredients, clean wraps with not too much drippage. Nice crunch with peanuts and veggies. Poached Pear Spinach Salad - Tasty.

This restaurant is very aesthetically appealing. From the signage to the menus to the interior, everything is fun to look at. The service was prompt, super friendly, competent. The food was excellent, wood stove flatbread was delightful, entrees were great too. We ordered arguably too much food but it all sounded so good. There was a pleasant atmosphere inside, busy but not chaotic. Healthy business. The dessert was good too, creme brule cheesecake and some sorbet. Certainly will go back

I visited the restaurant for the first time while visiting family. We were very disappointed with the service we received. We ordered two meals the exact same. we received one order. When we mentioned we ordered two they took the order back and split it in two and brought it out to us. We were then told they were preparing another meal and it would be out shortly. When the new order came out it was split in two as well and the salad did not have the dressing we ordered!
