Basically Im writing this because I went online to find the number for the Lucky Dawg and saw some of your reviews which I think is unfair. The ones on yelp seem to be completely different. Is that maybe because the people on yelp show some kind of identity of who they are? I have been going to the Lucky Dawg once in awhile for the last few years since it opened. I go there for what it is clearly for. A sports bar/ family restaurant. It is the kind of place you can casually go with the wife and kids for a burger or pizzas. It is the kind of place that you can go to watch the bruins, patriots, etc and have some beers. Its the kind of place that can host the local little league sports teams after the end of a season. I happen to be addicted to their pitbull burger. The fried hot cherry peppers on it are awesome. First off the people posting negative things are either uneducated or have some self esteem issues from back when they were in high school. Lets start with the uneducated: Environmentally unfriendly? What are they doing exactly to not follow regulations and/or pollute furnace pond? Im not sure if youre aware of this put furnace and Oldham pond have been polluted long before the Lucky Dawg was there. I grew up on oldham pond and now live in very close proximity to furnace. Do you prefer the heroin needles left on the shore from when Hoseas was there? It has nothing to do with the people on the pond fertilizing their lawns right? Or the invasive species of weeds that have been introduced into the ponds? Hey you go keep living in your own world and blame the Lucky Dawg! As for the workers standing around talking like a bunch of high school jocks? Clearly by this statement you most likely have some deficiency in being coordinated and therefore have a chip on your shoulder against high school jocks. But in case you didnt notice there happens to be unbelievably attractive girls that work there mostly and nothing that resembles high school jocks. But perhaps these girls bring up some emotion back from your high school days when you were not able to get girls as attractive as these because they were talking to the jocks instead? Hmmm. Do any of you want to comment on the type of clientele or the look the Lucky Dawg has now compared to when it was Hoseas? Shaking my head!

I go to Lucky Dawg about once a month. I am always surprised by how great the food is, how low the prices are and how nice the service is. I would definitely check out their burgers! Least expensive beer in Pembroke and well mixed drinks.

local staple. I will go back time and again. Good bar selection, outdoor bar sports such as cornhole are available in the warmer months. Wait staff are typically great and the food I would say is above average and very reasonably priced.

Dont bother going to the lucky dawg, Terrible service and the bartenders are rude. They all ignore you and talk to their friends like its a high school cafeteria. Try something different and steer clear of lucky dawg....
