My lady and I go to here at least every other week, the food is pretty good, but the service is lacking, especially as in other reviews, the bar is really lacking. Recently we went to the movies and showed up at 9:25PM, the website says closes at 11; we certainly did not expect the horrible welcome that was there awaiting for us. immediately the bartender was indicating they they were going to close early, even though we were new customers and there were at least six other people at the bar. We rushed our order in and the attitude continued. Another couple showed up at 9:45 and he told them that the kitchen was closed. Several gentlemen showed up after, filling the bar. Clearly we were going to be there until official closing. Subsequently, his attitude changed and offered us more food even though he told a female couple, not five minutes earlier that the kitchen was closed. Its a cool place to hang out, but if the service doesnt get better at the bar, we will NOT be returning nor sending our friends there.

Wife and showed up at 9 on a wed. Night and was standing waiting to be seated for about 10 min until the bartender called the waitress over to seat us then the sassy waitress asked us what we wanted to drink another 10-15 min. For our drinks to come out we promptly ordered cause it felt like we were being pushed out the door as our menus were ripped out of our hands she turned around and starting to chat with a fellow employee before we were done ordering and had to call her to get her attention when our app came out I asked to get our order to go .... Food was good .. horrible staff. Brew Fish More like RUDE FISH!

My wifes grilled rib eye steak was the thinnest burned steak I have ever seen. For $23 ?? Seriously. We sent it back and the cook (I will not call this person a chef) must have been pissed at the return because he doused on pepper. That one one just as horrible. She took 2 bites and so did I. Absolutely disgusting. And of course she ate alone as did I due to having hers redone. my seafood at $22 had 1 shrimp, 2 scallops, a half a lobster claw and a piece of fish.. Never again. This was on monday 9/28/2015

Nicely kept restaraunt with an equally good atmosphere. We came for appetizers and drinks. Had the pulled pork nachos (which was plentiful and outstanding) and parmesan chicken bites (which were kinda bland). Beer selection was not as good as Id expect from a place that has brew in its name. Service was good and place appeared kid friendly. Nice patio area outside which Im sure is a highlight in the warmer months. Id definitely go again, but hope they expand their tap menu.

Service was horrible.. Bar tender was to indisposed with trying to plan her night in New Bedford. I would have easily ordered more drinks, but the bar tender was more interested in her friends and cell phone. The bar has excellent decor and is very clean and upbeat. The food was average and had large portions. I would like to return and give this restaraunt another chance. By the looks of the place the owners seem to care but have clearly over looked this horrible bar tender.

First time here from a referral. Thursday evenlng met by hostess was seated promptly. Server was prompt and friendly. Raw oysters was a home run nice and fresh. Wife ordered a sangria a bit too much orange juice I had a mayflower IPA nice and cold. Main entree came quick and hot. Shrimp scampi was 8 large shrimp nice wine sauce. I had the meatloaf new to the menu nice Flávor garlic mash and fresh large green beans. Highly recommend will visit again

A very satisfying meal. We had wings and pizza and both were quite good. The pizza was a thin crust, nicely crisp with the bubbles and dark spots that you only get in a good hot oven. The fresh mozzarella and fresh basil all added up to a great pizza. The wings were meaty and tender, plenty of parm though not that garlicky. They were pretty busy though mostly because hey were understaffed so service was OK but not exceptional.

The food was awesome. The service was a little confusing on how to order drinks and food at the raw bar. You couldnt open a tab outside bar? They definitely need more bartenders on the outside bar, and think the bartneders and waitresses should tip the guy who prepares all the oysters and cooks on the grill at the raw bar at the end of the shift. Its a beautiful place and great atmosphere.

Came home from Indiana to visit my elderly parents. Came with them, my brother and his wife and my nephew. What a great time and great food. The hostess and waitresses took great care of my Dad who is in a wheelchair. He got spoiled and treated very well. He had a great time. Thank you for the wonderful experience. The Reese and Santos familys.

Not bad. Just lacking. Food was OK. Service was OK. Beer was OK. See just nothing to put this over another. We had the little necks, fish and chips, and the fish tacos. All lacked that flavor that stands out. Just reasonable. No problems at all. Staff was friendly. Would give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Had the grilled cheese with lots of stuff on it-tasty. Other person had haddock sandwich-good but a little oily. Waited pretty long for the food to arrive-especially considering that the place was mostly empty. Delays might really be a problem when they get a house full.

The Brew Fish is excellent. Nice big menu with lots of choices, including for vegetarians. Theyve put a lot of effort into the interior and exterior; the outdoor spaces are great during the summer. Gets very busy on the weekends for dinner, show up early if you can!

I have never had a bad dish here and have found their food more enjoyable than many more expensive restaurants that I have been to. Service is always great and I never ever leave disappointed. And weekend night you WILL WAIT FOR A TABLE but it is so worth it!

Could eat here every night of the week! My husband raves about the bone in rib-eye and I LOVE the fish tacos. Its a great place for family too. The staff is friendly and attentive. I dont have one thing to complain about. Keep doing what youre doing Brewfish!

What a great place. Love the food, service and atmosphere. This place us huge, inside and out. Great for a large group of freinds or family to go. Definitely going back to try more of the menu. Dine outside and enjoy a great cocktail. Keep up the good work

Our bartender got ticket off because we ask her for her name... Then she called me crazy.... Food was good, but barstaff apears to be stressed and inpersonal. Not really the relaxed atmosphare i was hoping for. Wont suggest to go back any time soon.

Review only reflects take out. Multiple times have I gotten take-out and it is very inconsistent. Missing fries or pickles. Overpriced for the quality. Soggy sandwich buns, burnt fries, or less than enough fries for a $15 sandwich.

Eh! Ive been here twice now but there is a limited menu for someone who is type 1 diabetic so Ive had the same thing twice. Both times I was there they had flies in the dinning room but that shouldnt be an issue in the winter.
