Went there on Sunday afternoon around 2 oclock with two friends. Spent approximately $70 on drinks, only to be told there would be a $15 cover charge starting at 5 oclock. The cover charge was for people ALREADY inside the bar. Not just for new customers. So they had no problem taking my money for their overpriced drinks during the day, but at 5 oclock they wanted to charge me $15 to spend my money there. Place is a joke - AVOID. Go to The upper deck, which is right around the corner, Or Hampton Beach for much better entertainment, and all without a $15 cover charge.

If youre looking for bad drinks and worse service, come to SurfSide. The mojitos dont have mint, and all the dirty beer lines come with a hangover. Reserved space for a 40 person party, was given seating for maybe 20 people. Ask to switch the the larger cabana where 4 people were sitting, but the CFO of SurfSide happened to be there and refused to move. Ownerships attitude is definitely reflective of this places vibe in general. I hope it gets swept into the sea.

There is no place like this directly on the beach over the ocean on the north shore!! Its great atmosphere good live music and fun place to have a drink. The reggae on Sunday nights is awesome!! Country night is fun on Tuesdays. The drinks are pretty good. There are a few food items width trying but there isnt much choice with a small kitchen unfortunately. Hopefully they will work on the menu for next season and add some salads!!

Not the biggest of Oceanside spots; but a cute little place to stop by the ocean, have some quick and cheap greasy food , play a few video and Boardwalk games. Theres even the carousel all just a few steps from the ocean. Add to it a beautiful venue that has two different restaurants and live entertainment at the Blue Ocean Event Center. It can make for a great evening.

Great experience. Outside deck improvements are terrific. Brittany was an excellent server and the entire staff was very attentive. The menu isnt huge, but the items are top notch. Decent beer selection. Mojito made with very fresh mint. Beautiful spot right on the sand.

Good food and friendly staff. Service was a bit slow hence the 4 stars. I did not use the vip booths. But if I wanted to impress someone or had a corporate function this would be a great option. PS great view.

You go here for the view and to share a couple drinks with friends. And for that purpose, this is a great spot. I really enjoyed the lobster roll here but not much else as far as food is concerned.

After paying extra to add frozen fries to my meal, using the bathroom with two huge water leaks. There is no way I am coming back. Great location, ok service, FROZEN fries.

Realities In Perspective

Nice sea side views and personnel were nice. Drinks are a tad pricey though and my pina colada was sub par but still enjoyed my time with my girl.
