From the leather bar-sears to the sizzling grill, this American-Mexican restaurant promises fresh, flavorful food -- and delivers. We were a party of 5 -- two adults and three kids -- and three kids meals and one burrito were plenty. The staff were friendly and accommodating of a last minute request for extra sour cream, but the meat was the real standout. The steak was juicy and full of spice -- not what you would expect from a roadside fast food joint. The carnitas were rich and tender. Would come back.

I order from the app, and food has always been correct. If it werent for the good food, friendly staff and great service I would have taken away one star. The paper bags they put the food in for take out are weak. On my first take out order, the food fell through the bottom of the bag and it ended up on the sidewalk. Luckily, the food was okay since it was wrapped well. But it never occurred to me that this would happen. Especially since the bags have handles.

For a brand new facility, the staff was on-point! Everyone worked well, like they had been there forever. Ive eaten at many-a-Chipotle, and now that this one just opened in my neighborhood, its my go-to when I need a quick & healthy meal! Staff is friendly and helpful, facility is clean, and the food is excellent! One of the better stores in this area, for sure.

I ordered a bowel to go. When I got back to my office to eat my lunch I grabbed the chipotle bag with my bowel in it. The bowel fell out the bottom of the bag because the bag was soak and wet. The bowl was filled with liquid bean juice and ended up all over my work pants. I ordered a chipotle bowl, not soup! Will not go here again! Unfortunate.

Its hard to believe that all the management in here is sevsafe certified but you dont see a certification in site but when you go to McDonalds after looking at there menu you see there sevsafe certification what is wrong with this picture here and yes I am a servsafe certified cook myself.
