Went in with a large party of 9. The restaurant was empty. When they went to seat us we had to wait because the table was dirty. After we were finally able to sit there was a mix up on who was going to serve us. Finally after that was resolved we put in our drink order. Each ordered a drink and a water. They then brought our chips and salsa. The only salsa they offered was very hot. We requested a side of sour cream, they said it would be right out....we never got it. 35 minutes in we finally got all our drinks. Put in our food orders and yet another long wait. When the food finally did arrive it was all wrong. My rare burger was burnt beyond well, I requested no tomatoes yet got them , and no Chipotle mayo that I requested. My oldest daughter was cooked the same, she got the Chipotle mayo on hers she never requested and the bacon she did request was not on the burger. My youngest daughter once again burnt, requested nothing but cheese and ketchup and didnt get the ketchup. All in all the most horrible experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. Amazing this place is still in business

Went for a motorcycle ride today and landed at Margaritas. We went to the bar - nobody to greet you anyway. We actually watched several people leave after waiting for a host to seat them. The food was ehh, mediocre but the best part of our experience was because our bartender, Kate, who was filling in for someone was the BEST. She was running around taking care of people at the bar and was the only bartender for the entire restaurant. She even had other tables to serve besides the ones in the bar and the people sitting at the bar. She not only gave GREAT service but she kept up with all of us, never lost her composure and was very pleasant. Kate, you made our experience and you are an asset to that restaurant. I hope they know it. Good job (also we are in the same business - food and other service may have been lacking because its that iffy time "do I put one more on or do I wing it" We get it, but I hope service is at least better when you are busy. Like I said our service was A+ because of Kate. Thanks Kate!

This was the worst restaraunt experience I have ever had. Not onky did it take forever to get our drinks and food, when the food came out one of the orders was wrong, two others were cold. Once the food came, our waitress NEVER returned to see how the food was or if we needed anything else. We had to flag down TWO different managers in order to file our multiple complaints, and even after that still never saw our waitress again. This was horrendous service, and I will never return or go to any other Marrgaritas restaurant again.

- 5 stars.... food took to long, was cold, waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything, which we did, after we talked to manager the waitress never came back to apologize , and then had to talk to another manager for the bill... they need some customer service help across the board!! Complete bummer.....

Nothing like true Mexican food. The drinks had to be sent back and replaced with a beer - at least you know what youll get there. The kitchen took over 30 minutes to bring out CORN. Quesadillas took another 30minutes. Will be waiting to go back down South or to Cali to get Mexican food again.

One of our worst experiences dining out. The service took too long, the food took a long time to be served, and all of our orders were messed up. They had to redo two of our orders. Giving them a second star because they were so apologetic and because the food - once we got it - was delicious.

Ive eaten there a few times and its only because my husband wants to go there. If I had the money to open up my own Mexican restaurant, I would put you out of business. You only have business because the people around here have no clue what is good Mexican food.

If I could give a half star, I would. This is what Mexican should never be. Service is awful. I can never explain the awfulness of service and food that they serve. EAT FLIPPING ANY, I MEAN ANY WHERE ELSE BUT THIS POOP HOLE

Inconsistent service. Wait staff have difficulty accommodating groups of seven or more. The "pork tacos" are overcooked diced pork chops. No bueno.

Standard Tex-Mex type place, but my son loves their tacos and my daughter loves the fajita steak (just the meat) so I gave them 4 instead of 3 stars.
