I dont usually like to leave bad reviews because I know my experience isnt the only one out there, but I seriously hope this place closes down sometime in the near future because they really run this place likey they want to go out of business. You go to a place like British BEER Company to drink tasty exotic beer, but BBC is consistently out of stock of any interesting beers you would want to try. So you end up drinking a seasonal Sam Adams brew from SOUR tap lines! Ive been to Applebees restaurants with better food, service and beer. Maybe if they go out of business we can get an Applebees up in Franklin...one can only dream...

Visited it second time... Nothing changes: It was no beers on tap. Beer choice in bottles/cans was very limited (practically 2-3 types only). Food comes in random order: appetizer came after the main course when expected to come first. Food has strange flavor, relatively small portions. The price is above the average. Very noisy, loud annoying music. Wont come again.

Would like to try the food and drink sometime. My fiancé and I paid this establishment a visit and there was no hostess to seat us so we decided to sit at the bar. We were not acknowledge by the bartender till we got up to leave. So based on our first visit, it will probably be a while till either of us give it a second try

Exceptional food and atmosphere are on tap here with a wide selection of brews to boot. Live music scene is fairly active too with bands playing on Fridays and Saturdays. Ive been a regular here since they opened and I have no intention of stopping!!

Food is good. Basically big bar menu. Good beer selection, but a few taps were out or not on yet though still on beer menu. Adds a little disappointment to your beer sampling. Good place for a lunch or beers with your buds or budettes

Nice decor and atmosphere. Other than a couple of unique dishes, the food is pretty standard, and overpriced for the quantity and quality. Its a nice place to meet friends or go on a date, but not as unique as it would first appear.

Ever since they changed their menu the food is a little more bland. Its even been hard to find a good beer sometimes. Service is fine but thats not enough reason to keep coming back. I hope they revise the menu again soon.

This wonderfully accurate British style pub was a treasure to find. A terrific selection of British and American beers on tap paired with delicious food make this a must stop for anyone in the Franklin/Milford area.

Rude bouncer, unprofessional bartender, always out of many of their draft beers. Too bad since Franklin is in dire need of a GOOD neighborhood place. And walpole BBC is 10x better place.

Food was excellent. Service attentive. A little slow on food coming out of kitchen. We booked on open table and still had to wait 20 minutes or so for a table. Overall very good.

Used to really enjoy this place. Theyve stripped the menu down to nothing. Prices are high. Staff is excellent, though, and atmosphere is still great.
