Went there yesterday and it was a horrible experience. First off their plate is very small for the amount of money you pay. Also the food foes not look presentable if you are going to charge expensive please make the food look like its expensive. I mean the food I cook is a thousand times better than what I received. I have vowed to never go back. It was also my husbands birthday and I was expecting the waiter to atleast bring him a cupcake or something but I must say I was very disappointed. Next time I take him out I have to check on whether the restaurants give out free deserts for someones birthday. If I knew this I would have gone to another restaurant. Also the plates dont come with vegetables you have to pay extra for a side of vegetables. Most meals come with either meat, fish and chicken with just one side. What kind of a meal is that. What I see is that they are trying to increase as much profit as they can by giving you smaller plates and just one side with your meat. All in all I was not happy with the food, presentation, the plate size and the cheapness of the restaurant. That will be the last time I am coming back there.

Had a White Waiter in her 50s..she looked presentable...her lipstick popped out..she only had 3 tables..we came around 8pm on a monday so it was dead..Other table came after us and they got their food 1st..Food took so long to come out...we wanted to leave..finally got our food..Ask for A1 Sauce and Waited another 10 min for it so i had to go ask the hostess for it. 20 min later the waiter brought over the sauce..Now that we alredy ate more than 1/2 of it already..then we ask for a to go box and that took ages but when it came to the check she wanted to babysit us and hover over me. Goodbye! Other than her the food was ok..ask for medium well steak n it was dry and wellllll done and the Service was disturbingly poor. The spanish cook was awesome he added hotsauce to the chicken so he made a new one w/o the hot sauce..apologized and took it off the bill..the waiter told us he burned the wingz. Whatever the reason was..NEVER comin here again!

Went to Outback last night, we arrived a little after 5 probably about 5:15 and didnt receive our food until atleast 6:30 or 6:45, our waitress was mysteriously absent and inattentive, Im sorry but I dont think it should take an hour and a half for us to get our meal that was probably just sitting under a heating lamp back there the whole time anyway, food was mediocre but pretty much what Ive come to expect from outback, the service was just so god awful. I was constantly looking for her to ask about the food and she was never around. On top of the bad service the place was pretty dirty, I think they are badly in need of a health inspection. My cloth napkin was clearly not clean with some kind of food on in when I arrived and a balled up piece of hair wrapped up in it. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, its not worth the time or the money.

Obviously the Outback Steakhouse is in a different market segment than boutique restaurants but no restaurant has a monopoly to modern customers or good service. My wife and I dine at a wide variety of restaurants. We go out to save time and we all know that getting meat from the butcher and cookem ourselves is probably the best way to have steaks, but we were tired after work today. We ordered our steak rare, and the steak came out medium. After mentioning to our waitress, two restaurant staff promptly came to our table and listened attentively to us about our preference. They quickly correct the mistake; their effective and sincere service response would match any la-de-da restaurant from Lowell to Cambridge. This Outback has the Just-right atmosphere, good food, and excellent service; it is a valuable vendor in our neighborhood.

My husband and I usually have a wonderful experience at this Outback. This was not the best and we will not be back for awhile. It was a sad occasion for us, and out waiter was terrible. He plunked the bread board on the table without saying anything, not even his name. We ordered a cocktail, came pretty quick, but then we waited. We ordered an app, came pretty quick, then we waited, this time we had to send someone after him. I had a 15% off coupon, which he took off the table without saying anything and we didnt see him do it, so we were looking around the floor, my purse, etc.. He left the check without saying a word. It is amazing how a server can make or break the meal... he was terrible. Still dont know his name!

You can always tell how good a place is by how they handle a crisis. The wait staff was super friendly and polite. When they mistakenly brought out the main course before the appetizer, I told my waitress that I was not thrilled to have my appetizer after I had already eaten. Its a bit of a guilty pleasure, but the only reason we went there was for the appetizer (the Bloomin onion). Within a short period of time, the manager was out and offered the appetizer free and boxed. Their food was pretty good, both my wife and I got burgers. My burger was ordered medium rare, and did actually have some pink to it. Ingredients seemed well chosen, and the burger was enjoyable. French fries were average, but still enjoyable.

(Edit below) Seriously disappointed with the staff. My boyfriend ordered the Thunder from Down Under, Curb side to go because its the only gluten free dessert they have that I can eat. He got there after driving 25 minutes there to find out they didnt have any. The girls excuse for not telling him sooner was "it was busy in the kitchen, I couldnt call you." VERY DISAPPOINTED!! EDIT: Not even 6 hours later we got a call from the manager from his personal phone regarding the issue. He is now sending us something so we can get a free one. Im very, very HAPPY. Thats a manager who truly cares about his work and customers!!!

Service is awful. There were no hosts in in the front ready to seat anyone. After a 10-15 minute wait someone appeared and "apologized".Even worse measly portions. You pay a considerable amount of money for the smallest portion of food that could possibly be served at a restaurant. They have the tiniest plates possible. Disappointing had to go somewhere else after and buy more food. Prefer Longhorn or any other chain compared to this place. In all if you are hungry this is the wrong place to go you will leave as hungry as you were when you entered and unsatisfied.

Kitchen forgot my food several times. I heard the bartender ask the servers three times if they could check on my order, each time they went into the kitchen and said it wasnt on their list to cook. Bartender avoided me until my food arrived and made a joke about how they kept forgetting it. I had a beer and no cash so I couldnt just leave, I missed the movie I was there to see. Didnt offer to comp my food or even give a discount. Bartender gave horrible service as well even though the bar was pretty empty. Food was pretty bad as well. Terrible experience
