Wiener fans know that Rhode Island is the home of genuine New York system wieners. And you cant get more authentic than eating at Olneyville NY System. They do everything right from plump, juicy wieners covered in meat sauce to hot French fries crispy on the outside and smooth an creamy on the inside. They take care of all the little touches too such as having vinegar for your fries and celery salt for the wieners. Stop by and give it a try. Be sure to ask for "two all the way with coffee milk". Youll enjoy a taste of Rhodys finest.

Oh my gosh!!! Stumbled into this place, by a recommendation from a buddy, The hot dogs were so delicious, especially the celery topping they used, But guess what stole the show...... Coffee Milk!!! I have been to Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and cannot find that taste, Its unreal its kinda like esspresso, but its coffee milk? When I come back I will definitley come see you guys!! Thanks for a Life changing experience I am now in search of "COFFEE MILK" !!!!

My college roommates and I went to this place for the first time , and we absolutely LOVED it!! The staff was so friendly and the food tasted amazing. Ive never had such a good hotdog before in my life! Also, getting their coffee milk is a MUST! Unfortunately I didnt know I couldnt tip on my card so next time I go back I am DEFINITELY bringing extra change to tip those guys. This place will definitely be a regular place for me and my friends to go to!

Ive known a place for years and the food is good but the staff there disgusted me when one guy been here for a while he was drooling behind the counter in the drawers right onto the french fries I was so disgusted Ill never go back It was in the beginning of the new year of January 2017 I know it may only be flipping hamburgers and hot weenies and the guys most of them are great but you got to have good hygiene and clean

Olneyville New York System weiners are the best!!! A Rhode Island institution. Great food. Clean restaurant. Great service and nice employees. This was my first time ever sitting down to eat there (usually order to go). It was really busy and all of the gentlemen working were very courteous and nice all the while churning out order after order with practiced efficiency.

If you never heard of a weiner dog, well then my friend this is the place to start. This place screams old fashion Ive been going here since I was a boy. I wont go on a tangent here, go there find the guy with handle bar mustache and tell em you need 3 all the way and a large milk. ( coffee milk especially if you havnt had the fortune of having that yet )

Its not a hot dog but a hot wiener. Difference, I believe, is the all natural casing! The wiener has a nicer taste and well complimented with the chili and onion topping. Dont worry about all the onions as a lot of falls off once you try to bite. I ordered with some coffee milk and tastes like coffee ice cream. Definitely worth the stop.

Ultimately, you cannot be a true Rhode Islander without indulging in a hot weenie all the way. It is the sum of all that is just oh-so-rhody. They are served fast, and with sass, and are a delicious combination of greasy, meaty, and satisfying. Order the wiener special with a coffee milk and never look back.

Went here for the first time last week. The customer service is phenomenal, and the food is fantastic! Be aware, even though they accept credit cards for payment, you cant use them to tip. Have some cash on hand for tipping. (Trust me, the service is so good youll feel guilty if you dont.)

Come for the cheese fries, stay for the banter. Annual hot dog eating contest champion gets their picture on the wall and can be challenged by anyone at any time (if you cant beat the record, you will then have to pay for all the hot dogs you could eat)

This place is excellent. Its exactly what it claims to be, a classic Rhode Island hot wiener shop. Atmosphere is straight out of the 1950s and the prices havent caught up yet either. Best late night bite in Rhode Island.

Rhode Island staple. Nothing fancy, but everything it needs to be. Hot wieners are great, chili is the right amount of sweet. Stuff made to order when you walk in. Great place sober or otherwise.
