The managers are mean liars. If I can give this restaurant 0 star I will give it. I have never see the waiting line being managed poorly like this. I fell so angry because I was humiliated by them in front of my family and friend. I knew tonight would be busy so I called to make ourselves in line. (6:40 pm) They first lie to me that they will have a table for me in 40 mins (7:20 pm). When I bring the whole family (3 adults and 2 3-year-old) arriving at 7:00 pm, I confirm with the male manager for the table. And he checked my last name and stated that my table will be opened in 30 mins (7: 30 pm). After 10 mins waiting, I found that people in line are holding number stickers. When I asked, a female manage throw to me" we dont take telephone reserve, you have to start over. Here is your number." (7:10 pm). I argued of course. The male manager came out and said he found my spot in line and there were 5 groups of people ahead of us. After 6 groups of people got their seats, I went to the managers again (7:45 pm). The female showed me the piece of paper as waiting list. There are still 8 groups of people ahead of us!!! They not just made me wait, but also let people cutting lines! And she, with a smile, said to me" i told you we dont take telephone reserve. When business is good and we are busy, this is normal." They on purpose lie to make me wait for 1 hour. If they told me there were 14 groups ahead of us, I would have gone to the other restaurant and congrat them for being busy. To keep my business, they make me, my wife, my best friend, my two 3-year-old starving and standing in the chaos crowd. They might thought after 1 hour of waiting, we will just stay even been treated like that. But we left and will not step in this restaurant forever. I feel regret that I have been giving business to them several times and always tipped well.

I wanted to try this place out, but I got there close to their closing time, maybe 10-15 before. There were still several tables full of people eating. I asked if I could get some food, and he said no, they were closed. I asked if I could get it to go as I understood not wanting to stay open later for just one person. He said no, everyone had left already. He was the only one there. As if on cue, a crash from the kitchen could be heard, with voices, etc.. So not only did he lie, but wouldnt even let me get something to go. Not my kind of customer service. Its also on the second floor of the building and the business under it is closed down and lower floor is empty and deserted. It looks a little creepy going up the steps or elevator there at 9:00 PM. Maybe just a bad vibe all around. Either way, I dont appriciate being lied to and dont expect to go back.

I gave this place three chances and each time my wife and I both ended up not eating more than half the food. We love Chinese food! And have ventured to just about restaurant in the Metro West area. Unfortunately this area is short on good Chinese food but I would pick any other one then here. The batter they use for fried food is tasteless! The fried Rice feels like White rice with a thick coating of oil! With rubber band meat! Sitting here writing this review and feel like I want to vomit! I am willing to bet most the reviews here are from employees! It must be a job requirement! Overall taste is GAAAAAG AHHHHHH Waste of $$$$$$$. So sorry for bad review. I hate to do that but three times in a row. =( I felt I had to be honest.

lunch special (beef and broccoli) tasted as though it was cooked a long time ago, non descript, tasted like buffet food. fried rice was mushy and had no taste. spring roll shell tasted stale. hot and sour soup smelled bad, i did not like, could not get over the smell. maybe if you order something other than one of the luncheon specials, the food will be prepared fresh and taste better. they are fast, service is quick, dont know if that is because food is pre-cooked and just plated, like a buffet??). tea is good. prices are not expensive. there are some good reviews for this place so i will try again but order something that is not on the luncheon menu to see if that makes a difference.

When I lived out in the area, this was a frequent place for dinner. Love the food, and the staff is excellent. Primarily, there are usually a large clientele present that seem to be of Asian decent, however, if you know the rule of Asian restaurants, youll know this to be a good thing! One dish in particular was marked as very spicy, and based on my experience with that dish, I will say, their menu markers are quite accurate! If they say spicy, they mean it! Would certainly go there again when Im in the area, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, authentic Asian meal.

$25 bucks for amazing Chinese food is a bargain. Service is fast which means your food is blazingly hot when it arrives at your table. The Szechuan peppers adorning the food along with temperature will sear your tongue. That also means the heats will put your focus on the food where it should be not on the decor. This place puts its money into food not a pretty place which is ideal by my standards. We went with three pepper dry fish and lamb. Both dishes were as they should be. Tender yet flavorful. Definitely on the list for all future trips to Framingham area.

This place is okay, and seems to be the only Chinese place nearby that isnt a greasy American takeout place. Still, I find when Ive come here that I leave not totally satisfied- Ive yet to find a Chinese place in Metro West I really like (I am Chinese). FYI, some dishes had a kick to them that you wouldnt normally expect, like the beef with broccoli- so if youre sensitive to spice let them know! Large portions, the food is generally fresh though I thought the beef was borderline last time. I recommend the stir-fried string beans. The parking lot is tight!

I drive 20 min past dozens of other Chinese restaurants for the great food here. (from Hopkinton). The food is much more flavorful than all of the other places I have tried in the Westboro/Hopkinton area. I recommend General Tsos Chicken, and the Tangerine Crispy Sliced Beef. Yes the food can be hot,(I like it that way) but you can ask to have it toned down. I have never eaten in, but it looks like they focus on the food and not the decor. My old wish is that they would serve Peking duck. But perhaps thats from another region.

Ive been to this place many times. The menu has many interesting dishes, specially in the sea food section. You can keep coming back and taste different interesting and delicious dishes. Im not an expert in Chinese food, but I can tell this is not an Americanised "Chinese" restaurant. I give it 5 starts, but I have tasted much better Chinese food in San Francisco :-) Overall the place is clean, service is good, and the food is delicious. Oh, and you wont break the bank here.
