First time we went the (skinny mustache) waiter was pretty good, so good we decided to give him a $20 tip on a $50 bill. (40%)". When he went to grab the bill folder; we said "careful the tip is loose in there" because he grabbed it so sloppy. He came back while we were finishing our drinks and asked us "what no tip for me?" We didnt understand at first but were appalled when we realized he thought we did not leave a tip at all. (Mainly because it was such a generous tip). He started slamming our empty glasses around the table as if to exaggerate looking for the tip and even screaming angrily in a different language so we could not understand. We walked out very upset and confused. The Second time we went only to meet friends who were already there. One of our friends broke a glass all over the table. I went to our waiter to let him know about the shards of glass on the table. He cut me off as if he already knew I had broken the glass and was lying and even went as far as to make a joke with the bartender about it (both laughing) and walked away, never even trying to help us clean up the glass. Humiliated at this point I went to the manager to make an anonymous tip of "maybe you should focus on customer satisfaction in the next staff meeting" as if they have one! THE MANAGER tells me OK OK I GOT IT over and over without even actually letting me finish my sentence and ABSOLUTELY blows me off! this place should be on the news for how absolutely awful it treats its customers.

We will never eat here again. We walked in at 4:30 on Sunday, and saw the sign in the entrance that displayed the prices for the buffet, so we decided to wait for it to begin at 5:00. The sign said "Lunch Buffet $8.00, Dinner Buffet $11.00." It seemed like a good deal. But when the food came out, it was the smallest selection we had both ever seen. There were only about 10 food choices, no soup at all, not many desserts, no ice cream, no fish, and no sushi bar. We said to ourselves, "This must be why it is so cheap; theres barely any food here." But when we got the check, it was for $36.00...We asked, "How could this be?" So the waitress explained to us that on Sundays, the buffet is $13.00...and upon looking closer, we realized that SODA REFILLS ARE NOT FREE. What kind of chinese buffet doesnt have free soda refills? Apparently Joy China. We didnt find much joy there at all. The waitress was quick to ask if my boyfriend wanted a soda refill ever few minutes, often taking the glass away before it was completely empty because he thought they were free. Alert: Each small glass of soda costs $2.50! If he had known this, he would have ordered water! One last thing: the linoeum on the walls are all held in place by clear tape that you can easily see and it looks really tacky. Anyway, it wasnt worth the money, and next time, we will just go to the one that is right next door to it.

Dont listen to Matt Stone. I was there at the same time he was and I remember his temper-tantrum over that. Listen to this Mr. Crybaby. I was there when you were there because I remember this disgraceful display. Stop feeling like you deserve free refills just because it is a restaurant in Massachusetts. You sound like a typical arrogant give me everything because i deserve it elitist jerk. Why should they have to list that it doesnt have free refills on the menu? Does no mention of charging for refills apply to alcohol t0o? Would you assume those kinds of drinks have free refills? Get your head out of your ass and stop having a temper-tantrum in front of other people. You are a disgusting human being.

This place was recommended to me by a couple of friends. While the food is better than the Super Buffet next door, I CAN NOT recommend it at all. The waitress barely spoke English, and when I asked for a soda refill, she provided it. THEN SHE CHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA ONE. 99% of the restaurants in Massachusetts provide free refills, and if they dont, they should be obligated to tell you. When I complained to the waitress, she laughed, and clearly did not understand why I was annoyed. When I complained to the manager, he said "Well Soda is expensive. Yeah Ill say - $5.00 for two glasses of mostly ice when I can buy a 64 oz. bottle in the store for $.99 is certainly expensive! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

I would give 0 stars if i could. About 5 or 6 years ago this was the best chinese food around! But i will not go here anymore nor will i recommend it. The buffet is small with no soup no sushi and only 1 seafood item. Prawns. No soda refills which is absurd and the quality of the food has pretty much disintegrated over the years.

Food isnt exceptional and wont be ordering take out or going there anymore. Make sure you check your bill. Apparently they arent very honest or good at math. Feel ripped off.

Food is fair if you order take out. I had the buffet a few times and was disappointed every time. I have no interest in eating here again.

Love the food and the takeout. Have many dishes that other restaurants do not have. Big portions of food and the buffet is great!

Take-Out is always fantastic....I would never eat there though - Too many drunken slobs in the bar area and walking around....

Well, the Coors Light was good. Maybe the food was ok. But the kitchen was closed. For the weekend.
